hmmm... soo for me right now... to loose 2 pounds a week i need to eat 1400 calories... which is exactly what im doing^^ lol i think i am pretty much right where i need to be... but eventually i will either have to reduce my calories more... or lose weight slower... the lowest i will go on calories is 1200 honestly... haha or maybe my tummy has just stretched and i need time for it to start getting full on less food. =P
