I weighed myself on the 16th anyway so I'll post that as my starting weight :) So I'll still get the whole 4 weeks!

Hey Angelica ;) I got to the frame size page and measured I'm on the large frame... then to the other page and it said 134-151, so I'm going to go with the larger number for a goal, then I could see If I'll lose some more...tnx! oh and yesterday i started the diary but haven't posted yet, I'll do later on today.

maybe I'll lower my calorie income as well 1000 maybe? I've been calculating this days and i barely hit the 1000 and I'm feeling great so.. think i might keep it like that pff lol

I want to lose 15pnds by valentines, I'm doing hard work, and I really want to look nice that day...

My goal is to lose about 2lbs a week, so my VD goal is 189lbs (only 4lbs away from my total goal :) )

Hey, just my 2 cents, but as a rule of thumb, women are not generally advised to go under 1200 calories a day..have a look through the stickied threads for more info..just thought I would let you know :)

Since Jan 4 I've been doing 1000 cals a day... Working out pretty well...meaning Im never starving or anything. I don't think I'll carry on with the same once I reach my goal weight. After that I'll be having enough to maintain my weight.

It is just a rule of thumb, I mean everyones different obviously, so the variables change from person to person...If you feel fine, then I would say dont worry about it..if you start to feel hungry more often, or tired more often, or if your losing too much weight too quickly..then it might be time to whack the calories up a bit.

I am on a 1200 but its been a little hard to get to them, cuz I tend to overeat if i pressure myself and now well i'm confontable there. Thanks 4 the advice. :) and welcome to the challenge :D:D

i know i want 15 pounds gone soo much i can taste it ... and it tastes like... water and salad =P with a side of that trainer jessie :3
mmm... and yeah... i think calories are a personal thing for everyone. you should do what works for you^^

Failed thus far with the tummy exercises... but i shant be defeated...:)... Missed Gilead this morning but plan to do my 10 min work out program... I will laso try and walk the circuit at the park and use their machines this evening... we have had such lovely evenings of late so will make the most of the cool while i can.. plus as my car is not to be driven i will have go stir crazy so should have more time ...

awww. dont worry about missing some of your exercises. it looks like you intend to make them up in another way =D have fun hopefully walking at the park. ^^

I weighed myself this morning and the scale said 179.5 :O I know that it goes up and down through out the day but just seeing it in the 170's gives me so much hope and gives me a push.

Wow, people have been busy posting!! I'm not seeing many people weighing in today, come on guys!

Well weigh-in today says I'm 186.9... not a good week since Monday but still 2lbs down as far as Valentine's Day Challenge is concerned!!
