Hey Guys,
Just checking in. Hope eveyone is having a good day. I made it to the gym again today, did my 36 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the elliptical. Hope it shows on the scale tomorrow.
I'm already looking ahead to next week's bonus. Making a list of all the foods I normally eat with how much protein is in each, that way I'll plot out each day to make sure I get the required amount of protein in. I'm going to pull out my whey protein powder and start each day off with a shake along with my cottage cheese and blueberries. That breakfast will give me 41g of protein to start the day, which is more then half of what I'll need for the day.
Going to look up a recipe now and post it so I can get that bonus taken care of too.
