Just finished with my exercise for the week and got 90 minutes extra done too for the bonus.
Great job so far everyone on our first week as a team!
 
Hey Team Mates, sorry i haven't checked it much this week. I am still waiting on my laptop to come back from the shop so i haven't been getting online as much. I am going to try my best to get max points each week. i got like another 20 minutes for the bonus for exercise this week and then onto next weeks the only thing i have been really having problems with is the scale showing a good number.. so hopefully that will catch up soon with all the exercise i am going to be doing each week and all that. Hope everyone had a great week and can't wait to see how we all did for the week on saturday.

Don't worry about what the scale says, as long as you know you are exercising and eating right the scale will eventually reflect that. Keep up the good work!

Nice work everyone!

On my side, I reached 270 minutes of training yesterday, so I get all my pts for training and bonus for this week.

I'm losing slowly (still a lost!), so I'll have to work harder in the next 3 week if I want to reach my goal!!
 
Hope everyone has had a good week! I have been doing good with this week's bonus. Have noticed I'm more motivated to work out now. Not just because of the challenge but because I like to. That's much different than how I felt before. :D
 
Hope everyone is having a good day today. The next bonus is going to be a tad challenge for me since i am not sure how many grams of protein i get on a regular basis but i know i will need like 115-120g to reach the bonus per day which seems like a lot for me.. but i will try my best.

Hey Guys,

Just checking in. Hope eveyone is having a good day. I made it to the gym again today, did my 36 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the elliptical. Hope it shows on the scale tomorrow.

I'm already looking ahead to next week's bonus. Making a list of all the foods I normally eat with how much protein is in each, that way I'll plot out each day to make sure I get the required amount of protein in. I'm going to pull out my whey protein powder and start each day off with a shake along with my cottage cheese and blueberries. That breakfast will give me 41g of protein to start the day, which is more then half of what I'll need for the day.

Going to look up a recipe now and post it so I can get that bonus taken care of too.

Hi Guys,

I weighed in this morning and I'm down 2lbs, woo hoo, which gives me the maximum number of points for the week. The loss also puts me 1 lb away from my challenge goal weight. Hope to be there by the end of this week.

I'm going out for a 90 minute walk this morning to get a nice head start on this week's exercise.

How did everyone else do?

Thanks Jerome. November was a good month for me and now that I'm back in the gym I think December will have the potential of being a good month as well. I'm going to try my best, that's for sure.

Did a 90 minute walk this morning and between breakfast and lunch I already have my required daily protein for today. This bonus isn't going to be a problem for me at all.
 
Hey everyone.. i'm not doing so hot on the weightloss part of things.. sorry guys.. i hate the scale right now.. i was hoping to get a good number to show to go with the rest of the points maybe next week will show a good number on the scale.

Hope you all are having a good day. My hubby and I are getting sick and my son is getting over it so hopefully it won't take us long either.. hope you all have a great weekend. see you all soon

Don't worry about what the scale says Heather. Just keep eating right and exercising. If you find a few weeks are going by with no results showing on the scale maybe it's time to change things up a bit.

Hey Guys,

Hope everyone had a good weekend. I just finished 60 minutes on the bike which brings me over the 3 hours needed for the exercise points. Protein intake is going well too. Want to get us as many points as possible.

F.Y.I. Last week we were 68 points behind the 1st place team. This week we are 55 points out of first so we picked up some ground. Good work everyone!

great job everyone on the points last week. i need to see a loss on the scale cause its getting depressing.. anyways.. going to see about checking out the gym with hubby and maybe working out.. and we got most of the junk food outta the house now to keep up the workouts and such.. protein is hard but as long as i eat my 117 g a day i think is what i need then i'll be good.. for the challenge. see you all soon.

I did 80 min of elliptical, so I already got my points for training :)
