Tropez' Diary

Will do. They must really help because everyone is telling me that lately. I can't wait to see what happens when I add those into my routine.

You may see your weight loss level out for a little while, since you should be adding a little muscle at the same time. But in the long run this extra muscle will help you shed the remaining lb's you want. Remember to start light and basic, get into the routine then build it up to a full workout. Going to hard to fast makes your body angry, and can sometimes turn you off to the whole weight exercise thing.

Great to see you are making progress and sticking to the plan you set out for yourself. I can't wait to see your 3 month pictures.

That makes sense. I will go hard on cardio but play it smart on the weights. I sent you my new home gym poster this am but here it is for everyone else to see.

This is a 36" x 18" poster I will print at work.

Haha nice sign! Ummm pretty sure you just started like two weeks ago maybe? Already down to 288! THATS INSANE! Nice job, your goals are closer than you think.

Texas Pete is the best hot sauce ever. :)

The Siriacha is more of an asian taste since I seem to make a bunch of asian style dishes. Is the Texas Pete different? More like a fried chicken type hot sauce?

Hey Tropez I saw you wanted help with your diet. I looked through and came up with some suggestions. It seems you've been doing a nice job with your efforts.
First, keep your orange juice intake to 1 6-8oz glass a day.(too much sugar=ack) To replace that, add more fruits during a snack time.
Second, if you are using the instant oatmeal flavored packs they are complete garbage. You need Natural Quaker Oats.
Also, make sure your pb is natural.

Thank you for the positive comments and help. Other than that it looks okay? YEAH! if so.

OJ intake noted.

I felt the lack of fruit and that has been a downfall of mine. I will start adding more.

I have not been a big fan of Oatmeal but tried it again just yesterday and it was the instant kind (what my daughter likes). It was the weight control variety of quaker but I will change to regular oats for future meals.

PB is natural of course, just peanuts and salt.

Thanks again. Any other comments are appreciated.
