30 min cardio 3.5 mph 10% incline on treadmill
 
Trying something a little new today... Low carb on my cardio days, not that I eat too many as it is... a high day for me is around 120g. Today I believe I had around 60. Very hard not to have them!!!

Diet...

3 egg whites 1 yolk

salad with 2 tbl poppy seed dressing, 3 slices turkey, 1/4 low fat mozz cheese

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese with 1/2 blueberries

8 oz tilapia
asparagus

Workout...

Walk outside for 1 hour... about 3.5 miles... spring is coming:D :D :D

Got some more tests done... I guess my cortisol levels are pretty high... my doc is going to do some more tests, does anyone know what corisol does? and what it means when they're elevated??

Left the gym to go home and walk, and it started sleeting/snowing/raining! and tomorrow is supposed to be the first day of spring! Welcome to New England!

How is the low carb working out for you on the cardio days?


So far so good.... I've only been doing this for a week now, but I feel pretty good about it. I made it through my first week and weekend of eating totally clean and with the low/high carb. It feels pretty good to not feel guilty about anything!!
