Yeah I'm not allergic to it, but I just notice that I lose weight and many other health benefits when I avoid gluten. I don't replace gluten with gluten-free stuff. I replace bagels, pasta and donuts with fruits and vegetables.Gluten itself is not a problem unless you are actually a coeliac so you should get tested before giving up gluten. The test won't show as positive if you give it up and then get tested.
I'm doing great. I recently incorporated a multivitamin into my daily routine. Could be a placebo effect but I feel better. I feel like I was low in B12 and Vitamin D.I avoid gluten for the same reasons. I am definitely sensitive to gluten in that I bloat up like a blimp & feel very uncomfortable. I also avoid the gluten-free crap if I can.
