Been on this forum a while so i mite as well create a journal...not sure what i am gonna include just my diet and how my workouts go i guess. So yeah as the title says this is a journal for one day winning a bodybuilding comp I will add to it when ever i feel like i have something to say or yeah want to get of my chest
At the moment i weigh in at 75kg and 6.1 feet tall
I bench 25 KG for 15-10-6 reps
I curl 30 kg for 15-12-8 reps
