Theresa's quest:)

I blend mine into a shake:

1cp ff plain yogurt.
1cp skim milk.
1/2cp 1-2% cc.
2tbsp nat pb.
1/2scp choco casein.
1pkt no sugar added hot cocoa mix (mine happens to be ff also).

Blend until smooth.

Sounds good..will have to try it.

Hey everyone.

Just a little update. Apparently, I am way off in my self-perception....I have tested my BF% with calipers numerous times and my BF is just fine.....usually between 14 and 15%...only once I got a high measurement of 16%. I realize now that I am actually content with how I look....I look pretty good for a 34 yo mom of two...so, I'm going to stop complaining. My abs are much flatter than I give myself credit for...I think my perfectionism took over there.

Since I measured my BF (and trust me - I didn't believe it for SO long...read the book and online resources for measuring NUMEROUS times assuming I must be doing it wrong!), I have realized that I obviously have a distorted view of my body...It has really helped me to see my body in a more positive light. It is certainly not worth the whole cottage cheese experience (haha). I am still working out HARD everyday. I have also learned SO much about what to eat and what not to eat...as well as how much to eat. I found that as I stuck with the diet, I became more rigid and more obsessive about it...that was not good for me.

So, as I have always done...I will live in a world of moderation...but a much more educated one now. I am eating a lot healthier and thinking about meals from a healthier perspective. Although I never ate poorly before this experience...I was happy to learn so much about the impacts of certain foods.

I have really enjoyed getting to know you all...I will certainly check in now and again as you all really helped me in this journey. I think I am a new person in a lot of ways....and all for the better!

Thanks for all the support and thoughtfulness!
