Your 'beef' menu caught my attention. You should try hamburg-steak japanese style. Basically similar to american hamburger patty, but you seasoned the patty with onion, garlic, soy sauce and pepper (or whatever kinda spices you wanna put in it) Just make sure the patty is 97% lean. When you grill/pan fry it all the remainder fat will just melt out! It is good to eat as is with ketchup, or you can make sauce for it.![]()
