The Tattooed Lady

Ok, I must have remembered it wrong then. Guess when the oj/pineapple juice is gone, no more then...:( Oh well, it was great while it lasted.

I cleaned the bags off Kegan's bed probably about 8 bags worth of clothes, hangers and bedding for the queen size bed. I bagged up about 7 bags of bedding to our old full size bed. I moved all of Ash's clothes to her dresser in her room from her dresser downstairs in the laundry room and our dresser in our room. She still has clothes that needs to be washed and won't fit in her dresser in her room so it's back into our dresser in our room. Also moved all her blankets from our room into her room and put them on a stand alone shelf along with her sheets so I could empty out a laundry basket. I'm so tired from going up and down the stairs. I still have a bag of clothes to go thru to see if any of the Greene's jeans will fit me...:( I'll sleep good tonight, let me tell you.

I did better yesterday but I still don't know how I did it...

Fat - 23%, Carbs - 47%, Protein - 30%

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, juice
Meal 2 - cottage cheese w/fruit
Meal 3 - ham and potatos, cottage cheese, milk
Meal 4 - beef cube sandwich, tea
Meal 5 - pb, crispbread

Forgot to add the tea, so had 4 calories.

Well you didn't have two carbs in one meal for starters (bread and potatoes) and all your meals yesterday have a good protein source and a good carb source.

Just never expected cube steak being good for you. Still have alot to learn about what's good and bad. I always assumed that anything fried was bad so stay away from it. Just FYI, I put the cube steak on a paper plate and soaked up as much grease as I could before eating it. Downside is that Greene took the last 2 pieces for lunch today... It's all good though, I have running to do before school, so I'll get a salad while I'm out or that's the plan anyway.

Any lean red meat is good - the leaner the better. You can trim off any fat, or if it's something like hamburger, brown it, drain it, and dab it so as to get the fat out.

BK gave me the wrong salad but I ate it anyway. I wanted the grilled chicken salad but they gave me the crispy chicken salad. I'm sure it's not gonna help my percentages, but hey I got my salad like I always do.

(hee hee. I was reading your diary and at the bottom I noticed "similar threads", the last one says: "Are you looking for erotic..." something or other. It's a short thread and you're not even one of the posters! Go figure! LOL

By the way I HATE when you get the wrong thing a the drive through. By the time you notice it's usually too late--or when they don't give you forks and stuff like that--argh!!

Started out way way high in fat but ended up doing better than I thought...:D I'll probably be starving in the morning like usual...:(

Fat - 34%, Carbs - 46%, Protein - 20%

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, juice
Meal 2 - salad, tea
Meal 3 - cottage cheese w/fruit
Meal 4 - ham and potatos, tea

Made this for supper. It was good for something different, but I probably won't make it again, but going to give it good reviews anyway. I think it was the marinade that I didn't care for. Of course I've never had a pork loin before, so maybe that had something to do with it, but you would think I would like it since I like baked pork chops.

Today was not a really good day food wise. Started at lunch and went down hill. Never could recover. Ended up having a spoonful of mac and cheese and stuffing along w/supper. Not looking good for weigh-in tomorrow, so won't be surprised if I gain some.

Fat - 28%, Carbs - 53%, Protein - 19%

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - KFC kids meal, diet
Meal 3 - cottage cheese w/fruit
Meal 4 - pork tenderloin, mac and cheese, stuffing, tea

Today was much better food wise even for a saturday, though my carbs are still high. We'll see how the rest of the night goes. Put away 2 baskets of laundry, tried on some clothes to see if they still fit, and rearranged a closet all while running up and down stairs again.

Hi Sheri! :D Just got a chance to stop by and wanna say 'hi' :)

Your 'beef' menu caught my attention. You should try hamburg-steak japanese style. Basically similar to american hamburger patty, but you seasoned the patty with onion, garlic, soy sauce and pepper (or whatever kinda spices you wanna put in it) Just make sure the patty is 97% lean. When you grill/pan fry it all the remainder fat will just melt out! It is good to eat as is with ketchup, or you can make sauce for it. :)

Sounds good. Will have to try it. Thanks for the tip.

No luck on getting the carbs down. Hopefully today will be little better. Monday for sure.

Went roller skating from 2-4:30. I spent probably total of two hours on the floor. I'm so tired I could fall over, but it was worth it. I ended up eating and drinking 2 diet pepsi, half of nachos and cheese and a pretzel (no cheese or salt).

Started good, bad at the skate rink, tried to make it up at the end, but it so didn't work. It was too far gone to even make my percentages half way decent. Don't want to post them, but I will. Please no screaming at me, I'm already upset with myself as it is.
