Today was overall a very, very good day. I woke up hungry, so I decided to eat breakfast before I took my morning nap. Don't know if that was good or bad. Breakfast was a bagel with fat free cream cheese and a bowl of berry cheerios. Wasn't hungry when I got up from my nap, so I thought was a good thing.
Did couple of errands and was hungry about 10:45a and I didn't want lunch quite yet but fed Ash before she went to school. I had a salad with fat free french dressing, 2 kiwi's and nectrine. When I got back home from dropping Ash off at school, lunch was steak, baked potato and cottage cheese.
I decided to go out for a walk before Ash got home from school and walked for about 45 minutes. It was nice day for it. When Ash got home, there was a thing in her folder for one free item from Wendy's, so we went and I didn't have anything. I was going to go home and cook supper. Greene said he was going to stop at Wendy's for supper, so I'm like Oh my god, what about my goal??? I've decided to have a side salad fat free dressing and a small bowl of chili, so I don't think I made a bad choice for supper. I know I could have chose worse things to eat.
Now the bad part, when I was out doing my errands, I did give into my willpower and had a small frozen coke and when I was trying to decide what protein/energy bar I wanted to eat before Ash and I left for the restaurant, I picked up a low carb half of a hershey bar instead, so needless to say, I'm hungry and supper won't be for another hour to hour 1/2...
Oh well, tomorrow is another day.
