All in all, I think today was a good day. Tomorrow, I might my chicken salad w/no tortillias. I'm gonna end up buring myself out of it for awhile. I made alot and it's only the second day of it. Guess I could eat it more than only one meal.

Next on my list to make is tuna salad.
