Hey you know any kind of workout is good, so excellent find. I wish I could get into videos more, I need to try and work that in at some point.
 
Food intake for the day:

Breakfast - oatmeal (120), milk (120), 4 strawberries (20) = 260

Lunch - .5 tuna salad (415), 18 pretzels (120), cheese stick (110) = 645

*Supper - 1/3 cup tuna (277), 1 turkey burger (plain, no bun 160), 4 strawberries (20), pickle (35) = 492

Snack - milk (120), cheese stick (110) = 230

Grand Total - 1627

*Didn't know what I wanted. Hope I didn't mess up too bad.
 
OMG, this is so hard. I went to Dollar General and I passed up all the good stuff, but it was hard. I'm doing it but it's taking all I have right now. I'm keeping my eyes on the goal. That's what is keeping me going. I know the more I do it, the easier it will be, but agh. I'm staying away from fast food, but I don't think a salad would hurt me. Maybe I'll sit down and look at all the websites and see which restaurant has the salad w/cheaper calories.

On the upside, weight was 182. Another 2 pounds. All this hard work is paying off.:D
 
I started light on the workout but maybe I went too light. I don't know but the plan was to start light and work up from there.

Yeah! See it total works as long as you work it! he he he. All that with a banged up knee too! Keep up the good work!
 
OMG, my knee has finally scabbed up. It still hurts now and then especially when I'm standing up. I'll have Greene look it at tomorrow night and see what he thinks. Of course, the knee is probably one of the worst places to hurt yourself. Takes longer to heal.
 
I decided not to eat fast food salad and make tuna salad again. Besides if you think about it, it's lower in calories and you don't have to leave the house to get it, unlike the salads.

I had to go to the grocery store to get some mayo and it all looked good, but I only got the mayo and another bag of pretzels and left. I eyed the bananas but decided against it until I come back. Oh yea, I did think about some english muffins, but maybe I'll get those along w/the bananas. 130 calories for one muffin doesn't seem that bad, but I'll wait. Go me, go me.

I'm getting the munchies, but it's getting easier not to get the junk. I look at it, but I don't buy it. I do something to pass the time away so I won't eat. Last night I did a word find book. I'll think of something tonight to do.

Congrat She! You're doing great! A pound here, two there, before you know it you'll be where you want to be!
 
It's been 2 wks I do believe. Might have to go back and look.

Depends on what you want to put on it. So far you are the winner.
