Now that I'm feeling better, I'll post my food. I believe I did good for the first day, so we'll see how the rest of the week goes. I believe if I did bad anywhere, it might have been at lunch. I might have ate too much tuna, but I think it all worked out in the end.
Preworkout - protein powder(100), milk (120) = 220
Postworkout - 3 scrambled eggs (225), 1/3 c cheese (110) = 335
Lunch - .5 cup tuna salad (415), 18 pretzels (120), string cheese (110) = 645
Supper - turkey burger (no bun, no condiments, 160), 1 pickle (35) = 195
Snack - milk (120), string cheese (110) = 230
Grand total = 1625
I was shooting for 1500, so not bad.
