Hey, where's that bubbly optimism I know and love?

Cardio 1/2 playing tennis, but it was too hot to continue. Food intake was horrible again. I knew it would happen. Really need to find a way to stop this.

Breakfast (about 10:00 or so) - 4 pieces of bacon, 3 eggs, 2 biscuits

Lunch - 2 sandwich spread sandwiches on white bread, 5 lemon filled cookies

Supper - dirty rice w/smoked turkey sausgae, clams, macroni and cheese

Don't wanna even think how many calories I have eaten today:( :eek: :eek:
 
Weekends are generally clean house day, or what we need to finish if we started during the week. I'm on my 4th load of lanundry, not counting the one load I did last night.:eek: One more to do. I don't mind doing it, but it's so hot out there, it kills me to hang them. We try to save on the electric bill, so we don't use a dryer. In the winter, we hang them in the house. If I have a load I have to get done like yesterday, I will take it to my apt and use the dryer.

I really should be with Greene at his mom and dad, but I haven't made it there yet. They have a pool and the water would feel so good about right now. Depending on what time it is when I get done w/laundry, I might go down there. Ash hasn't seen Memaw Delores for awhile anyway.

My eating today so far was very well compared to the past two days, but I did cheat and have some potato chips, but only the recommended amount, so I think that will save me.

I really need to go back to exercising. I could not tell you how long it has been and I really don't want to know either. I feel so bad because I haven't done it and Greene does it everyday. I know I need to, but I need to tell myself to get up and just do it. I mean if I can convince myself to clean the house one room at a time, I can convince myself to do my exercises, wouldn't you think? I would.
 
Sorry ur motivation for working out is zip. Those days are the worst. CHin up, though...it will get better.
 
What do you feel is stopping you from exercising?

Pure laziness and thinking I can get away with doing laundry as my workout, but I know that's not true. I wake up in the morning and tell myself that today I will work out, but I never do. I don't want to do it when Greene wants me to. I want to do it on my own time, but nope. I can be home all day, but it doesn't get done. I don't know what's wrong w/me. I used to be a go getter with them, but it's slowing go down hill.:( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(
 
Ash and I ended up going swimming after all. Boy did it feel good. We might go back tomorrow, if Greene goes. If not, there will be another day.

I was doing so good food wise until I went down there and I ended up eating 4 cookies:( I can't help it. If it's there I will eat it, if not, I won't even have a craving for it. Even when there are cookies and chips in the house, I still won't touch them.

CHin up, though...it will get better.

well instead of a highpowered workout, start out small, like take a walk, or some other form of lighter exercise. Do so each day to reserve the time for yourself, then build on the activity?
 
Sounds good..will defintely try that. Greene starts his new job Monday, so I'll be by myself thru the week. That'll break the time up while he's gone.

Does cleaning out houses count as exercise:confused: Sorry, I had to be a smart a**. I made myself smile..that's a start.
 
Food intake for yesterday

Breakfast - oatmeal (120), 3 scrambled eggd (225), 1/4 c cheese (110) = 455

Lunch - turkey burger (160), white bun (110), 11 potato chips (150), 1 tbsp ketchup (15) = 435

Snack - apple = 55

Snack - 4 lemon filled cookies = 280

Supper - 4z bbq chicken strips, baked in the oven (125), large baking potato (300), 3/4 c veg (30), 1 tbsp butter (60) = 515

Grand total = 1740

As you can tell, I was doing really good until the cookies, but you will have that. Also I ended up drinking about 5 smirnoffs and ended up eating the rest of the dirty rice w/sausage about 2:00 this morning.

Yesterday was the first time I had the turkey burger. It tastes different, but I could get used to them. The turkey smoked sausage has a different taste, but I haven't tried the turkey hot dogs yet. I also have not tried the turkey bacon, but I didn't need bacon when we went to the store. Has anybody tried any of these?
 
I have tried to turkey dogs before, a long time ago, so i dont remember what brand it was, but I liked them. They definatly are different than beef ones, take a bit of getting used to. I bought my first pack of turkey burgers this week and had one the other day, and loved it:) I also found bison burger...am interested to try that tonight...should be interesting.
 
It's been awhile since I've had a bison burger. If I remember right, I couldn't tell the difference between regular hamburger and a bison burger.
 
Did 1/2 of cardio. Way too hot to play tennis, hence only 1/2. Greene wants to skate, but not sure if we are going to or not. I will go if he wants to. Just way to hot to do anything.
 
After a long talk w/Stingo, I am in a better mood. I can't wait until we go out skating. Usually I would drag my butt at the idea, but whoo hoo..time to skate. Tomorrow is defintely another day. My plan is do to alot better all around on everything.

So I'm back from my skate. We was out about 45 minutes and omg was it soo hot, plus it's been awhile since I was on them. Had to get used to them again. I so wanted to hurt Greene for the hills he made me climb:mad: I don't like them, but they are good exercise for the legs. I only had to stop twice,but that was because of the hills.

You count the tennis we did earlier and that make little over hr all together. Not bad for a day that had with the heat index between 105-110:eek: :eek: :eek:
 
I don't know what section to ask this question in, so I'll just ask it here. Don't know if you can tell, but I'm big chested (I believe I'm a 44BorC) and I was wondering where a good place to get a sports bra is? Greene says I should buy one, but I don't know if Walmart would carry my size or not. I really don't want to have to drive to the mall at one of the speciality stores for them.

Any help would be appreciated.:D
