lol...groovy;) but I'll be thinking about ya while I'm debating if I wanna drink and get pics or not.
 
1/2 or so of cardio and no workout. My eating has slowly gotten better. Hopefully it'll stay that way over the weekend.

Food

Breakfast - oatmeal (120), 3 eggs (225), 1 tbsp flex seed (25), but the only problem was I didn't care for the eggs and flex seed, so I only ate oatmeal = 120

Snack - 5 crackers (60), slice cheese (90) = 150

Lunch - 1 hotdog (120), .5 baked beans (140) = 260

Supper - 2oz sausage (180), 1 cup broccoli (30), 1 corn on the cob (118) = 328

Snack - oatmeal = 120

Grand total = 978

Geez, wonder why I'm hungry? Could it be the lack of calories???????
 
Getting ready to leave for the river again for the weekend. Have everything packed, now need to clean out and load the car.

Food wise I was doing pretty good until lunch and then it all went down hill. Had 205 calories for breakfast then for lunch I had 2 pork fritter sandwiches and cottage cheese, which was not good, until I found out that Greene cooked them with real shortening:eek: Calories galore for lunch. Hopefully supper will be better but I'm not holding my breath on it.

I bought some more smirnoff, not sure if I'm going to drink it, but it's there just incase. Maybe this time I'll actually get pics, but not holding my breath.

Got back last night about 10p. I ended up drinking 6 smirnoffs, so no completely getting drunk like last time.

My eating was little bit better, but not like I wanted it. Fast food on the way there and back, but I didn't completely stuff myself this time. Just gonna have to get back on track this week. Today is a new day.

We went tubing. I had so much fun, but realized I don't have enough arm muscles to hang on. Really need to work on those. That gives me a goal to work on.

I did get some pics, so I will hopefully post them soon.:D

We also watched a couple of people who fell off of a jet ski. It took them a good ten min. to recover the ski and get themselves back on. We were actually betting they would have to be towed back.

Myself I have zero sympathy for any teen or twentysomething that cannot pull up their own bodyweight. It really is indicative of just how weak and or overweight we have become. In a survival situation the inability do perform at least one pull up may be a death sentence.

I am going to keep badgering Sheri on the pull downs until she can at least go out in the garage and do one pull up. When we get to that point we can try for two. :)
 
Today started off good, oatmeal and protein shake for breakfast but it went downhill from there. Greene and I went to Indy for him so he could fill out some papers and take a drug test since he started a new job. I took two diet pops(I only drank one) and two granola bars for a 2 hr drive there and back. Not the greatest snack, but it was better than nothing. We stopped at BK for lunch and then on the way back we stopped at Rally's for supper. So it turned out not to be good, but maybe the only saving grace was the 1/2 hr cardio tonight, maybe???

I'm hoping tomorrow will be better.
 
Don't worry she, doesn't sound too bad. I find diet drinks spur me onto cravings and eating badly. If you can avoid them, I would. Maybe next time grab some string cheese, almonds or yogurts for those snacks :)
 
Ok, so when I was at the store today, I tried to buy more healthy stuff, so bought turkey hotdogs, turkey smoked sausage, and turkey burgers. Forgot the string cheese and nuts like I wanted, but there's always next time. Also ended up getting some breaded shrimp and clams. I bake them, not deep-fry them, so they are little healthier, but not a whole lot. That's the only seafood that Greene will eat other than long john's, so gotta get it when I can.

I stayed away from the ice cream, but bought the dreamsicles for Greene. I dont' like them, so I'll stay away from them. Will have to find something for me to snack on.

Will write later on what my food intake was.

Supper - 25 piece breaded shrimp (210), 2 corn on cob (200), potato (150), 1tbsp butter (60) = 620

Snack - 1/4 cup raisins (130), 2 tbsp peanut butter (180) = 310

Grand total = 1315

Wasn't really hungry today. At least I had more than 1200 calories:)

I'm spose to have over 2000, so the website says, but today I didn't make it.
 
Greene thinks Ash and I have chickenpoks, but I'm not sure. I haven't gone to the dr yet, but he says there's nothing that he dr can do anyway. It's on my lower back and on the back of my arm. I can't stop scratching and he keeps telling me I'll regret that later when I scratch them open and infect them, but I can't help it, I'm itch so bad it's not funny.
