I'm beginning to think there is something wrong me with or it's the weather but I've been getting my migraine headaches more and more. I used to get them once a month or so, but now they are coming almost everyday. I know it's not sinuses because they don't come back more than one time a day. All I do is take my excedrin and rub on head on (like bengay but not as strong) and I'm good to go. I stayed home today from working at the school because of it, but I'm going to work tomorrow headache or not since I promised Ash I would.

I didn't have this problem the last time I started to lose weight. Could be my body have a weird reaction like a good food hangover?...:D Of course I did go back on birth control so that could be causing it too.
 
This sounds like a question for your doctor to answer - get yourself checked out.
 
Yep will do when I go back. I'm beginning to think it's the birth control because people who have been on it and got off it and went back on it again said there side effects were different now than they were back then.
 
I should have just kept my mouth shut and went on with the night like nothing happened. I swear it comes back it bite me in the a@@ when I opened it. It's back...:( I've took 2 ibuprofen and 2 excedrin and put on head on (this time little close to my right eye...it's burn a bit). Come Monday if it does it again..I'm calling the dr.

Another thing that bothers it is the smokes, but not sure if it's the cause of the headaches. The reason I say Monday is because my mom and dad are coming down Saturday and I don't smoke around them, so I'm doing a experiment.
 
For the past few days, I've been really heavy on carbs. I hope I can get past this slump. Of course I still feel fat but we all know that this won't take overnight to accomplish.

Meal 1 - coffee, milk, dry cereal
Meal 2 - Smart Ones tuna noodle gratin, crackers, pb
Meal 3 - salad, apple
Meal 4 - chili, crackers
Meal 5 - pb, wheat crackers
 
Knock on wood, but I haven't had a headache all day today...:D Funny thing is that I actually was eating healthier today than I have the past 3 days, so who's to say what caused it, but I'm not going to question it. I'm just going with it.
 
Ended up going over on calories but my carbs are much better today.

Meal 1 - coffee, dry cereal, banana
Meal 2 - chicken, cottage cheese, bread
Meal 3 - Smart Ones salisbury steak w/mac and cheese
Meal 4 - apple, pb, 16 wheat crackers
Meal 5 - spaghetti, salad
Meal 6 - pb sandwich, banana
 
Not as much as I would have liked to last week. The machine I have only has 2 workouts for legs, so not sure how much I can do for the legs. My arms on the other hand, I can work on.

My cheat day was good yesterday but the side effects wasn't. My body can't handle grease very well. I had taco bell for lunch (taco salad and cinnamon twists) and for supper it was steak, shrimp, potato, cottage cheese, so it started bad but ended up good at the end.
 
Thanks for the comment She47441, I think that I can at least maintain a healthy journal here, even if i dont get replies. I Know what you mean about the grease, my body lets me know the next day that I should not have put that junk in my body. Its a good thing when you stop enjoying the tacobell grease and you crave the healthy stuff. Good luck

Squats and lunges might be something to look into for legs, as well as step ups, wall sits and the like.
 
Ah yes the stairs. Need alot of things to do upstairs, so yes that can work my legs. Still trying to find the DDR disc. Think I know what box it's in, just gotta get off my lazy a@@ and go thru it.
 
Ah yes the grease. There are other things I can get at fast food, like salads. I never thought my body wouldn't handle the grease like it used to, but the body does change.
 
im the same, if i eat almost anything from fast food places i feel terrible afterwards! so now i just dont eat them but sometimes i have a little craving for them and i have one and feel horrible after! :! ....a least ive cut down alot!...you seem to be doing well. keep it up and good luck! ; )
 
I know all about the grease. My body HATES it. Of course, I can also have a salad (or turkey wrap) and in an hour, I'm in the bathroom (sorry if tmi). But yeah, I have to be really careful with take out. And even Dunkin Donuts, I have to be careful with. But, since I'm eating clean now, or cleaner than I was, that won't be an issue anymore! :D

BTW, did u find the mesquite turky breast at Walmart? I thought of u today when I made my turkey wrap.
 
I agree, but what about when I eat salad or something healthy like that? LOL Does that mean I can't eat that either?? LOL
