September is away -so let's get thinking about this challenge...

This is a challenge for September to loose 2lb a week each

Dont worry if you dont make it, but give it a shot and see if you can loose 8lbs in a month!

Although I am part of the Halloween Challenge, I would like to still join here to record my monthly weight loss. And the 14th is my B.day. I will be very good!!!
Goal Weight: 154 (not exactly 2 lbs/week, but I will be very happy if I reach 154 by the end of Sept.)

Start Weight = 160.0 lbs (Sept. 1st)
08 Sept= 158.0 (-2) YAY I made the challenge first time in a long time WHOOO.
15 Sept= 156.4 (-1.6) Not 2 lbs, but I am a happy camper anyway. YAY
22 Sept= 155 (-1.4). Slowly but surely I am getting there!!
29 Sept= 151.5 (-3.4 lbs) I am shock

Finish Weight = 151.6
Total Lost in September= 8.4 . Challenge met although not weekly, but average 2 lb/week.

This is my holiday month. I am very scared things can go backwards. Therefore I put a very minimal goal - simply to cover 2 pounds a week challege as an optimistic scenario. However I'd be more than happy for a 5 pounds loss only.

Start Weight = 86.0 kg./189.2 lbs. - on the 31st of August

07 Sept = 86.0 kg./189.2 lbs. (-0 kg./-0 lbs.) - What can I say? :cry:
14 Sept = 84.8 kg./186.6 lbs. (-1.2 kg./-2.6 lbs.) - Challenge met!
21 Sept = I'll have to skip this date. I'll be in the desert. :)
28 Sept = 86.0 kg./189.2 lbs. (+1.2 kg./+2.6 lbs.) - After holiday weight!

Total Lost in September = Absolutely no lost!

I would LOVE to lose 2lbs a week until October. My goal weight is set for October 7, and I would LOVE to be 118lbs by then. So I have 9lbs to lose. I reckon I can lose 8lbs by September 30 (5 weeks). And then the last pound in the first week of October!
