Hello, Saucy Sisters!!!

I'm just getting home from the office and thought I would check in on you. I see you are all in good form.

Here is my plan: 8-10 glasses of water per day, DO NOT eat more than 1700 calories per day and exercise everyday at least 1.5 hours. By exercise I mean deliberate...treadmill, walking, weight training etc... I am going to make sure to only do light weights. I don't want to build a bunch of muscle over the next couple weeks and be the Smallest Loser!

Lora, I don't think we are allowed to take a new members, but why don't you start a diary and then join the next challenge that comes along.

For some reason, I knew we would be the first ones to get to page 2! :p You know, we are a bunch of saucy sisters that love to talk! ;)

Ok, here's my plan. Drink a lot of water and watch my calorie intake (was slacking on both for awhile there :rolleyes: ). I'm going to be walking as much as I can. Trying to get water aerobics started this week! Doing by abs tape. What else, what else? Oh yeah! Laughing as much as possible! Hey, it seemed to work last week! Lol! ;)

P.S. THE FIRST POST HAS BEEN EDITED TO INCLUDE ALL STARTING WEIGHTS.

Hello, fellow Saucys.

I'm just back from a very long walk (long for me). I think it was about 5 miles. My feet hurt as I have a blister from this weekend, but I told myself to take one for the team and kept going!!

My net calories today are 1310. I have had my 8 glasses of water and will try to get a bit more in. All in all a pretty good day. I hope everyone else had a great day.
 
it's day 2 saucers - throwin' out some positive energy to y'all... :)

Starting weight 359.5 (and that was a surprise, went to lunch yesterday to a place that LOOOOOOVES using oil on everything...)

Wow, I was away from my computer a day and I feel like I've missed so much, haha. It sounds like everyone is doing great. I must say, this challenge is really helping. Every time I think about having junk, I think of my saucy sisters and I stop myself :)!!!
My plan of action is to eat around 1200 calories and go to the gym or do some form of planned exercise each day. I'm hoping to burn between 500-1500 calories from planned exercise each day. I have a heart rate monitor that counts my calories so its easy to keep track of that :)

Okay I just spied on all the other teams and they've all got like these plans and goals and stuff. That's probably gonna work out for them, huh? Just realized that all my team members do too? What the hell is wrong with me.....here's my plan.....

I plan to move my butt and not stuff my face. HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
This kind of attitude from me is not going to help us win, huh?

Scarlett, I think your plan of action is excellent. I too plan to not stuff my face and move my butt as well and I think if we keep it basic we will be receiving those e-cards!

I think that Wonderwoman's waist is really, really skinny. Can I get that thin and still keep my upper half large like she did? Oh, wait...I forgot she is a comic book character.

I'm off to catch up on a couple diaries and then off to the gym.

Ha Ha...I had to come in and edit. I said Wonderwoman's "waste" was really small. Which is probably true as well.
