Jessie is like a storm trooper. She'll certainly keep us all in line. Regardless of who starts it, she has to come be our voice of reason. She does it so well. After all, she has been trained to deal with children. :p

Even though this thread was hijacked long ago, this is (technically) Brad's and Matt's challenge . . . so maybe they should decide.

Yup, that's a good 9 years before I was born.

I will gladly start the thread, but that is totally up to the creators of this one. I don't want to take over anyone's challenge.
 
May 5: 220.5 lbs.
May 12: 216.8
May 19: 212.5
May 26: 214.8
May 30: 215.2

Ouch... what is going on?? Needless to say I'm suprised and quite depressed. Not sure what is going on, but I'm gonna get on the ball and fix it.

Lifestyle change... that's what i keep telling myself... gotta work on improving the lifestyle.

I will post my weight again tomorrow to see what, if anything happens at the end of may. Regardless, its still 10 pounds down from where I was in April and that is a good thing.

Thinking positive... just gotta keep thinking positive... :(

And, hey - what happened with the interview yesterday? Details!

Well it was my first "real" job interview. So I am not sure what a good or a bad sign is exactly. I interviewed with my principal from when i was in elementary and one of the kindergarten teachers, whose son was in my grade in school, so I knew my interviewers fairly well.

They grilled me of course about all my student teaching experiences and how I would handle various situations.

They told me that over 300 people applied for the position. I was thrilled by then just to be in an interview. They are doing interviews this week and I believe next as well.

When I left they told me that the next step in the process is interviews with the superintendent (who loves me!) and that they would be calling me.

So, I felt like I did horrible, which for me is generally a good sign because I freak out about everything. So I guess I'll see in a week or two if I hear back from them. I'm not getting my hopes up.

Good luck Jessie - I used to feel like that about my exams, usually if I thought I had bombed them, I did great.

Well, the Millennium Falcon was old, but still the fastest ship around. It could do the Kessel Run in less than twelve parsecs.
