Hell- if i cannot achieve weight loss goals I may as well have a large- erm...-post count...
And mine is achived over 3 months or so- yours is in what a week and half or something?

Good morning, all. It's a beautiful day here. I'm off from work for the weekend. I had a low weigh in this morning. (probably a false low, but I'll take it.) My plans today are to play with the kids all morning/afternoon (off from school today) and then go golfing with friends from work. After that it's a steak house where I know I'll adjust the scale for tomorrow.

Hope everyone else is having a good morning, too.

I suck at golfing. I don't go very often, either. My friends and I try to get out once or twice a year, but with changing schedules and all, it's tough to find a day where we all can make it. The golf course we go to is a county course which kind of sucks, but it's cheep and fun and none of us is serious. The course is located right behind a steak house that is known for large servings and cheep prices. Always a good time.

Sucking at golf is almost a given.. It is the only sport that I know of where only 1% of the people who play it are any good at all.

Cheap and fun eh......

I find that most of the fun things to do in life are cheap of free. Take this forum, for example. Lots of fun, and free. It's the things that we think will be fun that we spend oodles of money on that end up not being all that fun.

Plenty of exceptions, like Angela's wedding, but I still think that for the most part the cheap thrills are the best.

:iagree: Some of my favorite memories as a child involved a boat, a horse, or a creek. :D

I've managed to do things for this wedding pretty inexpensively. I think the largest (nonsensical) expense were the wedding rings.
