As I said , I am 'down' to 224 as of this morning. I really do not buy it- it is scale flucuation to me- but will take it. It is my first loss in 3 weeks.
I have seen 222 on the scale some afternoons after working out but never first thing in the morning.
So.

5/12-225
5/19-224 :D

Going for 223 next week!

There would be no way to separate people from one another if the catagory was Nuerotics Anonymous.
We would all be in it- maybe not Trops- but everyone else.

You know what? You are right - I think Trops is the sanest one here...now, that is probably the equivalent of being the tallest midget in the circus, but you gotta take it where you can get it.

lmao - I always assumed the first time I was called a MILF it would come from a man . . . oh, well - as Ali says, take it when you can get it. :p
