Monday weights

It's Monday:

May 1: 229.8
May 5: 224.6
May 12: 221.8
May 19: 219.2

Not so good this week. I was really doing well and then I hit some speed bumps and now I'm on the midnight shift, so I am expecting to stay here if not go up a bit. Hope everyone else is doing well.

Trops, more than 10 lbs since May first is really great! :hurray:

I know it's hard to stay on track when dealing with changes in your routine. Don't let that stop your awesome progress! If you expect to gain you probably will. Pull yourself out of that mindset. Instead, tell yourself that going up is just not an option. Perhaps your body will listen to you. :D *hugs*

Lost: 9.9 lbs

Meh. That 191.6 looks pretty awesome, but it's an impostor, I'm sure. I weighed in last Monday at 196.1 and as of Saturday I was only at 195.9. Then Sunday I was 194.0, and today 191.6? Something is rotten in the state of Denmark.

So I'll put it down as my Monday # as it's all I have, but I'm sure that will have to be 'corrected' at some point shortly.

Trops, thanks for finally settling down a bit and giving the rest of us a chance! Much appreciated! Good luck to everyone else!

For an attorney??? Watch it buster, I am in RARE form today...

I was 179 at the end of last week, ate like total crap this weekend and weighed 184 this morning. All that to say, I am not weighing in until I get my stupid self straighened out...

Down a total of 8 pounds. This is the lowest weight that I have seen in over 3 years. It feels real good. I even got to eat ice cream yesterday, but made sure that I budgeted it into my calories for the day. I'm kinda having fun with this whole weightloss thing. :party:

I keep my progress pics fairly well hidden - mainly because I object to being thought of as the middle aged woman that the photos make me appear - just because I am 48 years old doesnt mean that I feel like I am that age! The most recent photos were as I hit 147 (which was half my start weight). My weight has only gone down 3 pounds since then which is negligible due to an op and then TOM.
