This is a challenge for May to loose 2lb a week each

Dont worry if you dont make it, but give it a shot and see if you can loose 8lb in a month, maybe more!

Copy and paste the following to a new post - and good luck :) (if you're part of the 8 week challenge and want to change your weigh in day to Friday - that's fine too - just edit the dates accordingly)

I usually do my weigh-ins on Sunday and since Thursday the 26th is my last day for the April weigh in, I would like to start this one on the Sunday the 29th if I could and do my wiegh-in on Sundays there after. Would that be okay?
 
Kaika, I think that would be fine, as most people who join a weight loss challenge disappear after they join....

Maybe I'll join if I can find a new scale by then. I broke my last one, not on accident :rolleyes:
 
April really motivated me...gonna try again :)

Since my last April weigh in was April 29th, I am adjusting Mays dates

Start Weight = 209 April 29th was last weigh in for April, for me.

6 May= 210 Next week should be better. It is that TOM.
13 May=209.2 I am still retaining fluid..gonna go read about sodium I suppose.
20 May=206.8
27 May=205.8

WooHooo! Lets do it again!

I gotta say, April's 2 pound a week challenge was always on my mind and I can honestly say it helped to push me enough to lose 12 pounds for April! At this rate I will be at my dream weight by my birthday.

Start Weight = 251 - (temporary gain due to free day, no biggie)

06 May= 248 (sick week, but came through ok)
13 May=247 (not as good as I had hoped, but not bad)
18 May=
25 May=

Finish Weight =
Total Lost in May=

I don't believe Luck has anything to do with weight loss, so instead I will say Good Work Everyone!!!!!

I'm In!!

A challange is just what i need to help keep on the right path and keep on losing weight, yay!!

Start Weight = 212lb (pound heavier than last week, more determined than ever to do this now)

07 May= 210lb (-2)
14 May= 209lb (-1 from last week, 3 overall)
21 May= 209
28 May= 208

Finish Weight = 208
Total Lost in May= 4lb

I'm in :) I am going to change the dates to be on Wednesdays when I do my weigh in for myself. It will also give me an extra weigh in day.

Start Weight = 240.1lbs

02 May= 238.7lbs
09 May= 240.6 - I hate finals. This is the first week in my weightloss journey that I have gained. It's really depressing.

Count me in. My first WLF event /tear drop

07 May= 233 lb (omg, 5 lb drop, i don't know how its possible! probably mostly water weight though)
14 May= 228 (my scale must be broken...i don't believe this)
21 May= 228
28 May= 228 (wtf, i didn't want to plateau this much :()

Finish Weight = 228
Total Lost in May= 10

I'll weigh in tomorrow morning. After my workout, it said i dropped 5 lbs...i hate weighing in after workouts...well...not really...i lose so much weight in water..makes me feel kinda good :D

edit: i too adjusted my dates. heh :D

I change my dates, its not about competing against each other so much as challenging yourself. Do whatever suits your weigh ins.

3rd may = 167 lbs (-1.2, yeh less than 12 stone)
10th may = 165(- 2lbs) scale did go down to 164 in the week. must be h2o retention or summat cos i havnt had a bad day at all

I'm definitely in for this one. I wondered if something like this would exist because of Celeb Fit Club. I'm gonna go Mop my Floor now. I'll be back on Monday morning to let you know my "Start Weight". I'm hoping it'll be 148.
