New gym, new locker room. I walked into the locker room, there are two people who I presume did not know eacother before this locker room conversation started. Anyways, one of them is bending over pretending to have a bar on his back, showing the other guy how to do a good morning. Only thing is, he's nude.. I'm like "okey.. I'll just go to the other locker room"
 
one day, while getting dressed by my locker, a girl next to me proceeded to bend over, pull down her huge drawers and yank out a thick bloody pad.

My god, thats possibly one of the worst in this thread :eek2:

I went into the change rooms one day and someone had had a splatter attack and there was poos everywhere........... I ate a little bit :yelrotflmao:
 
So I'm mixing up my PWO shake with 1 scoop whey and water. This guy says "What do you have there, protein?" "Right," I say. Then he looks at it and says "You're putting in too much water." "Huh?" I say. "Yeah, your going to dilute the protein and it's not going to be effective." I thanked him for the tip.
