Well this happened a long time ago, when I was at the gym with friends. I had noticed that a few younger kids were there with their parents. They looked about 12. We went to go take a shower, and there one was, ****ting in the showers! We yelled at him, and he ran crying. We didn't get to shower that night, it smelt really bad.

In the changing rooms i met Chris Kamara and Dennis Wise, made all the better as England has just finished so i got chatting with them.
But, and this just tops it off, Dan Petrescu was in the swimming pool! The best Romanian import into the premiership!
Made my day anyway.

I've heard this SO MANY TIMES. There are variations on how to do that starvation mode thing. The variations range from "drink only clear liquids for 3 days" to "cut calories to 800-1000".

"I want to lose weight for my vacation. So I'm doing 75 minutes a day at the gym. My sister said that that [amount of time] was unhealthy. Is it? I don't plan to keep it up at that pace. I'll just do it long enough to lose the weight so that I can wear a bikini. Then I'll go back to what I was doing before."

hmm.. i should have a few good ones, Norwegian schools usually got their own little "shower culture"
Ok at school after PE class.
We had all just started a new school you could compare it to college maybe, im not sure. Anyways, the guys were getting to know eacother we messed around. Then while showering, we realized we could hear the girls from their locker room, which is just through the wall in the showers. We decided to start making noises, pretending that we were doing naughty things to eacother. Only me and another dude in my class were doing this, we were banging our hands on the wall screaming "oh your so big!" stuff like that, it was really fun Then suddenly my friend stops and looks weird at me, i just keep going, but then i realize, our teacher is standing right behind us.
Friggin embarrasing right there!
Oh and when we were going to play soccer, we changed in the locker room, we all head out, and ask one of the team mates why hes still sitting there, he replies "im going to have a private warmup"

Similar things have happened at my school. We don't shower together though. But we just make jokes and take the ****. But Karky you are so big, aren't you?

This one lad (his name was Frank) was in the changing rooms and he had a sleeveless top on.
We had just been playing football and frank stunk of sweat esp. his armpits.
My other mate (ste) was messing about winding him up.
So frank got ste in a headlock. Ste broke out of it and stes arm rubbed all on franks sweaty smelly armpit.
ste had to put his arm in the shower for 5 minutes lol cos it stunk so bad!
Lets just say no-one ever wound frank up in the changing rooms again lol

This isen't in the locker room, but i guess it counts because it is in the gym...it all leads up to the locker room i reckon. A guy was doing his max on squats, and the idiot couldn't do it so he put his hand on the rack and the bar fell onto his finger. When he lifted his finger up, it was almost split in half all the way down his finger.. you could see the bone and everything. Pretty gross haha
