This is a challenge for July to loose 2lb a week each

Dont worry if you dont make it, but give it a shot and see if you can loose 8lb in a month, maybe more!

Start Weight (02 July, end of June 2 lbs a week challenge) = 214

09 July = 212 (-2...hopefully, since my new diet change, i only lost pure fat...but at this thrend, i won't hit onderland this month :()
16 July = 211 (-1...i slacked off yesterday...like a 1000 calorie surplous :(...and i couldn't exercise cuz it was raining outside)
23 July = 209 (-2...really suprised...especially after I did my refeed for a few days)
30 July = 207 (-2...sigh...1 lb short of my monthly goal)
Finish Weight = 207
Total Lost in July= 7 lbs

Maybe this will help motivate. Just so you know- I am SO competitive. If we were placing bets....

Start Weight = July 2 = 145

07 July = 147 (+2). wow, maybe I should change my weigh in to Friday mornings instead of Mondays. This sucks so far. I will have to work harder this week.
14 July = 143 (-4) from the 7th so I still have to make up one more -2. If I drop 4 moer this next week, I will be caught up.
21 July = 140 (-3) almost caught up- feeling good about meeting the challenge
29 July = 140- can't seem to break this barrier.
Finish Weight = 140
Total Lost in July= 5 lbs- I'm half way there. Maybe next month

This is my first weight loss challenge. Count me in! I'm aiming for 10 but we'll see what happens.

Start Weight = 188 (On 7/1/07)

07 July = 186 (I saw 185 briefly)
14 July = 184
21 July = 183
29 July = 184
Finish Weight = 185
Total Lost in July= 3lbs :(

I did a terrible job. I feel like I'm stuck at this weight.

I'm hoping for more than 2#s a week but lets face it, 2#s are realistic and I have new diet fantasies going on here, so.............. if I am 8#s thiner, yea hah! By the way, I like the competition too!:hug2:

Count me in. Trying for 4-6 lbs this month. Seems 4 lbs the most I can loose a month.!!
I only lost 3 lbs in the June challenge, hoping this month to be better for me!!!
I weigh myself on Thursdays ( I heard somewhere it was the skinny day of the week!! :) )

Start Weight = 169.5 (June 28th, end of June 2 lb challenge for me)

05 July = 167.5 lbs (-2) I DID IT!!!
12 July = 167.5 lbs (0) Hmm. This seems to be a trend for me. Loss and no loss.
19 July = 166.5 lbs (-1)
26 July = 166.5 lbs (0) Very sad. TOM is coming this week, but still.


Goal Weight : 163.5

Finish Weight = 166.5
Total Lost in July= 3 lbs

Edit on 07/05/07: I lost 2 lbs this week!! What a pleasant surprise. I did not do anything different than other weeks: monitoring my calorie intake and exercising 6 times a week. Let's see if I can keep up the 2 lbs/week loss!!!
Edit on 07/12/07: No loss this week. And I was working so hard. Seems to be a trend though over the last 4 weeks. 2 lbs loss then nothing, 2 lbs then again nothing. Oh well, it still averages out to 1lb/week. here is to a better week!!
Edit 7/19/07 : 1 lb loss. I really though it would be at least 2 lbs. Looking at positively!! Still two weeks left from this month and I already lost as much as I did in the whole month of JUNE!! YEAH

Count me in. July is going to be the month I hit 200 lbs. I weigh myself on Mondays so my schedule is a little different.
