The I WORKED OUT TODAY! and I'm awesome club.

I have some back pain, so I decided I'd better skip the workout today.
On a side note, I kept within my range of calories.
 
Awesome work outs my friends!! And congrats on staying within your calories Moster! That's the way to do it!!!
 
By back felt good enough to get back into the weight room last night to do my my lifting routine! ( and did 2 miles on the elliptical ) Then this morning I did my x-box work out...
 
I am awesome!!! And currently on my way back home so my diet and exercise can get back to normal!!!!

I went to the gym today and did legs and arms today!
4 sets of each exercise
-walking lunges (8lbs each side), 30 lunges
-side lunges on bosu ball w/ 12lbs
- squats with 12lbs each side (12r)
-leg press, 15 @ 160lbs, 12 @ 180lbs, 8 @ 200lbs, 15 @ 160lbs
-skullcrushers (30lbs, 15r)
-bicep curls on bosu ball (level 7, 12r)
-triceps pull ups on bosu ball (12r, level 7)

I'm pooped...!
 
I did another 20 mins. on the treadmill today.
I was hoping to do more... maybe later in PM... my back started hurting.. so I'm taking a couple of advil, and we'll go from there.

Woo hoo! another 1/2 hour. doing these 1/2 hour workouts are getting to be SO easy.
This makes me feel very happy.... I must be building up a bit of endurance!

Today I did a 30 min walk. 15min on the treadmill, 15 on x-trainer and 15 on the exercise bike. :)
 
Hello AWESOME thread readers.....
I went to the gym did the elliptical for 20 min, then did my lift routine last night. Then this morning I did my 30 min of "Biggest Loser"
 
Everyone is doing so awesome!! yipppeee!!

Today I've done a 10 minute warm up on the cross trainer, and then a strength session
4 of each:
seated high cable row (10 reps each arm, level 6)
push ups (15 reps)
bench plank rows (12/arm, 15lbs)
resistant band flies (15reps)
dumbbell pull overs on bench (12reps/20lbs)
wide row facing down on bench (15reps, 10lbs/side)
incline bench press (12reps @ 45lbs)
cable bent-over rows (15reps, level7)


I feel GREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAT! woohoo!
