The I WORKED OUT TODAY! and I'm awesome club.

Yes, there are Aerobics, but also stretching and toning. For the toning of course, you have to have resistance bands, balance ball and some weights.

thanks theres some good games coming out for kinnect soon which i really want, so might be buying kinnect soon.
 
I have only tried Kinnect at friends, but man without having to use controllers you get such a better workout!
 
:iagree: I wasn't that awesome today, did a 20 mins walk and 20 mins on the exercise bike, I tried to go on the treadmill but started getting pains in my feet so will have to get new shoes.

Thanks. :) I have to stop now at first sign of a problem, last time I didn't I tore a muscle in my calf and couldn't exercise for 2 weeks.
 
Last night did my 45 min on the elliptical machine.... Then this morning, my "biggest loser" workout for 30 min.

Starting to feel Awesome!!!!!
 
We're all doing so wickedly awesome!! This is a fantasmos'ical tastical thread!!

Today i will be doing day 2 of the C25K program and 1 hour of strength training! I shall post more details later :)

but really........ the more post this thread gets, the more I want to work out so I can brag a bit more!
I honestly was going to take today off, but I feel good enough that I'm sure an extra 1/2 hour won't screw up my legs. So.... it's on the calendar for later tonight!
 
Was beautiful! Stopped for a black coffee about half an hour in at a little beach side cafe and sat on the beach and watched the ocean--Exercise can be fun!
 
I did 30 minutes on the cross trainer and 10 minutes on the bike, then core/shoulders at the gym for an hour! weeeeeee...i don't feel awesome right now..
 
I feel awesome today I tried a Zumba class today and liked it. :)
