hey Tony does it count if we do the exercises without the ball or BOSU

Posterior leg raises on hands and knees.....I don't own a BOSU
Without Bosu.....Begin on your hands and knees. Slowly raise one leg straight out behind you while holding the opposite hand out in front of you. Switch and do the other leg and arm. Do this twenty times. (switching out both lets and arms) 20 times.

Gluteal (Buttocks) & outer Thigh Exercise with Exercise Band. (I upped this exercise) You can bring your leg in front of the other leg, take your leg forward, and take your leg backwards and to the side ...12 times each with ea leg.

I do these with out the bands...20times each.....without the bands you can lean with a straight back and extent your leg behind you and then extent your let in front of you.... back and front is one time.... 20 times.

@ anna. nah, you dont have to use the balls or any extra equipment :)
@ maggie. you could only take a picture of a perk you've earned for the week that you have the camera in your possession if that makes sense. You can save it for later or saving the Chrono Chaos perk isnt a bad idea either :D
 
No, sugar. Pets are permanent! Your puppy can only get a chance to fetch once a week though. There will be perks and other things I'll add later that will help increase your chances though :)

Ok, I don't understand all of Theses things. How does my puppy fetch once a week and what can my kitty do for me? Can my puppy and kitty help me this week? :Angel_anim:Thinks!
 
Your puppy does a search at the end of each week where I use a random number generator to determine if he fetches anything. So I'll do a roll for you on monday. The kitten adds 10% EXP on top of what you gained for the week. May not be much but it does add up week to week :)

Did the side planks for my exercises and tried the basil chicken angel hair pasta (tweaked it a little but it was pretty good!)

Tomorrow is my day off and I don't have any pork planned in my menu :)

I had the bean salad..

I had only one serving of pork this pass week..1 thin slice of 33% less sodium bacon and 1/2 slice (thin) bologna.

Been very unmotivated this past week, as some people might probably have noticed by my total absence from the forum. Basically back where I started now, so gonna take a few days off and reset my goals and hopefully return with a better and more positive attitude.

Been very unmotivated this past week, as some people might probably have noticed by my total absence from the forum. Basically back where I started now, so gonna take a few days off and reset my goals and hopefully return with a better and more positive attitude.

I hope you will return to the forum Dave. Its much better if you can stay motivated. We sometimes forget that our body needs good healthy food and exercise to have energy and to feel good. Low fat food are ok, but we need to eat food that are in all food groups and just remember to use portion control.

I won't be on the board as much this week either. I am trying to do some spring cleaning. Washing curtains, windows, and washing down the walls and hopefully shampoo the carpet. And I need to do some bible searching!! I don't need to cut back on my spiritual food, lol.

But I will be in here from time to time just to post my daily weight and walking, if not I will post them all at the end of the week or next Monday. If there is a quest this week I will be doing the quest too.

Don't give up, we will not get to our goal overnight!!:grouphug:
