Would a salad work for the veg/fruit servings ? I eat a big salad for lunch everyday. Probably has 4 cups of lettuce in each one.

Good to hear, Christen! I'll try to limit the influence of seafood on quests for the upcoming weeks since I'm not particularly a fan myself. :D

To clarify about the loot drops, they will be performed using random number generator with the following parameters:

Paul's loot table:
[nothing]-[valuable item]-[vendor trash]*
*could be sold back for a small amount of coinage

1:3 chance of gaining a valuable item

Rich's loot table:
[vendor trash]-[nothing]-[valuable item]= reroll [valuable item]-[rare item]

1:3 chance of gaining a valuable item. 1:5 chance of gaining a rare item.
I got a D in Statistics so I don't really know if it's 1:5 LOL Any one out there who is math savvy please do correct me and let me know how to make it truly 1:5

yay.. thanks a bunch :) Also.. just browsed through the enclave and noticed i wasn't in the achievements vault! Did my achievements count? Hopefully I do better this week.. I blew it this past week but it was a big week for me so hopefully I can get back to normal tomorrow.. and it's my birthday!

So, Mr. Daybehavior, WHEN ARE YOU GONNA GET ACHIEVEMENTS????
lol... You must be a Gnome death knight.... ROFLMAO

Hey Tony, got some questions about this weeks quest:

you must eat AT LEAST four combined servings of fruits and vegetables for at least five days.

Four servings per day, right? Or four servings throughout the course of five days?

avoid all chocolate and fizzy drinks.

Chocolate is easily avoided, I hate the stuff, and aside from the odd Monster, I tend to stay away from fizzy drinks. Now regarding powerade, I know it's not a fizzy drink but some would definitely classify it as a soft drink. Is this to also be avoided, or am I free to indulge as I tend to have one either during or after workouts to aid recovery?

-engage in this beginner's warm up routine before every workout:
1 min marching in place, 1 minute of shoulder and neck rolls, 1 minute simulated jump roping, 25 jumping jacks

Can I replace the SIMULATED jump rope with REAL jump rope?

Cheers mate, good luck to everyone with their weight loss this coming week!

Hello David, you are correct. 4 per day, and you may use real jump rope and drink the sports drink :)

@ Monster. LOL hell naw gnome DKs are just....NO. Anyway, I dont play for achievements and perks as that would be a conflict of interest since I'm the game designer ;) If I level up, it will be through weigh ins.

@ Christen. Happy Birthday!! You will receive a small gift from the Overseer :D Oh and your achievements are definitely in the vault :)

@ Everyone. OK guys, the weekly ranking are up, however. I have NOT adjusted the level ups, achievements or scoreboard. I'm really sorry but I got in much later than expected today. I will try to finish it ASAP tomorrow. Great job on everyone who lost, and if you didn't I'm still really proud of you for sticking around and owning up to it. And welcome to the game, Tob!

Woo hoo! I have equipped my cursed snow boots.. let the walking begin!

Do I have to let you know when I want to use my loaded dice or is it automatic?

No, sugar. Pets are permanent! Your puppy can only get a chance to fetch once a week though. There will be perks and other things I'll add later that will help increase your chances though :)

OK guys. Throwing a bit of a curveball on this week's quest, now that you're a bit more familiar with the loot system. This quest requires that a certain number complete it, or the quest is considered failed. I think this one is easy though. I don't think it is as bad as Rich and Paul. HOWEVER, if youre one of the many that failed Truffles Must Die! you might have trouble....

This Week's Group Quest:
"Hog Wars, Episode II: The Enclave Strikes Back"
Something tells me Paul and Rich will remain a thorn on our side for some time to come. Heroes, the Overseer has never been one for petty vengeance but he has advised me that the neighboring Farmstead must be eradicated and Farmer Jon driven out to prevent any sustained conflicts. This task will require a coordinated effort on our part.

To complete this quest AT LEAST FIVE people must complete the following:
-Choose two exercises from the Exercise forum and incorporate them into your daily routine
Exercises - Weight Loss Forum
-Choose one recipe from the Recipes forum and incorporate them into a meal you make this week.
Recipes - Weight Loss Forum
-You must eat no more than ONE serving of pork (4oz) throughout the week.

If this quest is failed, Farmer Jon will unleash the darkside perk "Time Crash" which will reduce all members' level by two and the Ghost of Truffles will cast "Truffle's Shuffle" which will disorient four random competitors, causing them to relinquish 50% of their EXP gains to another player.

Completing this quest will grant 10 gold and one Justice Badge.
Both Farmer Jon and the Ghost of Truffles has a 1 in 3 chance of dropping a valuable item and a 1 in 5 chance of dropping a rare item.

Thanks Tony, hey i was coming in for the kill, I had defeated both Paul and Terenzi and for some reason I asked my Dh if he had any cold Pepsi in the fridge and he set one down for me. I turned that Pepsi up and took a big drink! Kinda remind me of Samson and Delilah for some reason, lol:smilielol5:
