oh my, you are all losing weight and im not :(
i feel bad for being so stagnant and not doing anything to help the team- i dont know what im doing wrong-ok well thats not entirely true-i didnt get any workouts in two weeks ago but this past week i got 4 days in out of 7 so thats a plus ....i seriously thought with my days starting at 9:30 am id be able to wake up for some workouts but its not happening! i know i shouldnt blame this on school but i feel like its sucking the life juice out of me...

anyway i didnt weigh myself last weekend because i was afraid i had gained, and true enough im at 157...+3 lbs! damn it

thanks for your encouraging words jack...im determined to stick with it until the end. i will lose! eventually i hope

congrats to all of you for losing weight! Dropping in and reading about all your successes is helping me stay on track- the old me would have gained all my weight back by now....

...and Ana you had an amazing loss, im sure that pound is just water.

I maintained this week... I'm pretty happy with that cause I wasn't doing too well til the last coupladays... I'll hopefully go down a bit next week.

pretty much maintained this week...not too bad considering i didnt really keep track of my food this week...ate some bad foods.....yeah...but its cool...i think ive been doing better now....
 
yay! i lost a pound :p
lol i know its not much looks like by the end of this im going to have maintained or gained 2 pounds-im going to work hard to lose those 2 pounds that i gained though

good on you nightrunner. It's hard to get off a plateau, well done.

I can't believe its only 5 days to go and this challenge is over. I don't think i'll be meeting goal (esp after the weekend we've just had oops). I think the challenge is bringing home to me how this is a loooong process. Not a quick fix. sigh...

Anyways bring on Friday, maybe we'll all finish on a low note :)

yayy!! im back to 154!!! -2lbs! lol my starting weight mind you but at least i lost the few pounds i had gained :D

sorry i wasnt able to lose anything team-i liked the challenge idea though because im sure if i wasnt feeling like i had to be accountable i would have totally let go....

hope you all did better than me
