Well I lost 0.7 lbs, not great but at least it's in the right direction. I had been stuck at 233.7 for two weeks, so at this point any loss was a welcome change. Maybe next week I can post a bigger number.
 
You'll prob both have a biiig loss next week, and i'll prob go up a little (the scales are always going up and down with me)

Is there a week challenge?

No loss for me this week... not surprising after last week I guess. Boring though! I hardly drank any water either!

How did the rest of you do?
 
Much better this week, lost 3.7 lbs for a total of 4.4 lbs down since the start. But the best part is that with today's weigh in, I'm now into the 220's. As for the water, I drank 484 ounces this week (Sat-Thurs).
 
eh....i gained .8 of a pound this week....248.0....not too bad...kind of slacked in my exercise this week....so ill just need to work harder next week and stick to my healthy diet and exercise...=)

Wow, good job. That's a good loss for a week. And, doesn't it feel nice to be in the 220's?!?!?! I swear, once I got under 230 lbs, I felt like a whole new person. But, I'm not a new person...just a slightly smaller person.

Eh, I'm sure you'll bounce back next week. Plus, .8 lbs isn't that big of a gain anyway. You could lose that with no problem.

Thanks man, tell you the truth I was a bit surprised to see that number this morning. I don't think I'll see that big of a loss next week, but any movement in the right direction makes me happy.

I thought I might try to do the water thing this week since I was so useless at it last week.

The only thing I did different was to make sure I had my eating habits in check. I think what sometimes messes me up is inconsistency. Some days I might eat the right amount and some days I would eat way under what I should. I don't really worry so much about the fitness part as much because I'm pretty good at getting in my exercise.

Good luck to you and everyone else for next week. Keep at it and the work will pay off.

sorry guys looks like im stuck in this rut-im really trying to fit some workouts in but its been looking pretty bad for the past week and a half
im keeping a positive outlook though-cant wait for the friday where i can say i LOST weight...

no worries nightrunner. i seem to be in a kind of rut also. My weight loss has slowed quite a bit. i was losing about 2 to 3 pounds a week. but now its slowed down a lot. i even gained a bit last week. i think its mostly because ive stopped working out as much, but atleast i have been keeping up with my diet fine. oh well. we will find our grooves again. no worries...
 
I had a big loss this week YAYAYAYAY

I'm down 4 pounds! Thats 8 altogether (in the challenge) and even though I usually count in kg its nice to be below 200lbs! ( My first big goal was to be below 90kg which is 198 lbs, .... I should get there by halloween).

How did everyone else go?

I gained 0.2 lbs this week, not surprising in the least. I wasn't able to workout like I wanted most of the week, and Monday I ate a bunch of junk I really shouldn't have. The only surprising part about this weeks weight is that it isn't higher. Oh well, there's always next week.

Great job this week anna! Four pounds is mighty impressive.
 
yeah...great job anna....i also did pretty decent this week....im down to 245.6 now...which i think is really great...im thinking i might officially be in the 240s now....lol...my weight changes...sometimes 240s ...sometimes 250......i hate seeing 250s on the scale...but now hopefully i can stay in the 240s and keep going down you know?...lol....keep up the good work everyone...
