Much better this week, lost 3.7 lbs for a total of 4.4 lbs down since the start. But the best part is that with today's weigh in, I'm now into the 220's. As for the water, I drank 484 ounces this week (Sat-Thurs).
eh....i gained .8 of a pound this week....248.0....not too bad...kind of slacked in my exercise this week....so ill just need to work harder next week and stick to my healthy diet and exercise...=)
Wow, good job. That's a good loss for a week. And, doesn't it feel nice to be in the 220's?!?!?! I swear, once I got under 230 lbs, I felt like a whole new person. But, I'm not a new person...just a slightly smaller person
Thanks man, tell you the truth I was a bit surprised to see that number this morning. I don't think I'll see that big of a loss next week, but any movement in the right direction makes me happy.
