I will also issue a new mini-challenge every week to help keep things spicy!! a winner from each team will be announced for bragging rights! The first week, we'll have enough momentum going, so no mini-challenge this week, but look for it starting next Friday!

Sorry for not being talkative, my fellow WEINERS. I've been busy with wedding related things lately, so I've been a little preoccupied. In fact, my friend's wedding is today, so I should prooooobably get ready, huh? Yeeeeeah...I should.

Alright, I'll be back on Monday. MAYBE tomorrow, but there's like a 99.6284% chance that I'll be too hungover to use a computer. Yeah...I plan on drinking a lot. Like, A LOT. I also plan on chicken dancing my ass off. HAHAHA, yeah right. I don't dance. I just look like a retarded, overweight seizure victim when I try to dance. That's why I just sit my ass down and stay seated all night. Yup...I'm "THAT" guy at the wedding.

And, by "THAT" guy, I obviously mean "the huge, fat" guy.
 
oh yeah-definately pumped!! We had some seriously rich food tonight (including cheesecake for dessert) for my brothers birthday so this free day should last me at least two weeks :p

Hope you had fun at the wedding chef. I love going to weddings if only to enjoy all the great food :drool5:
 
I am definitly feeling pumped! I hope I can reach my goal by halloween! I have to work my ASS off! I havent budged for 3 weeks!! WTH seriously! Guess its time to shake things up!! How is everyone else doing?

yesterday was a horrible eating day. really really bad. BUT i got 20 mins of cardio in before classes this morning so i feel like im getting back on track-hopefully eating will go well today....friday is drawing nearer! cant afford to mess up my eating!
 
Alright folks (people still say "folks", right? No? Eh, whatever), it's the first day of the week sooooo...umm...hmm...I don't really know where I was going with this. I guess I should've planned ahead for what I was going to say. I mean, this is a total waste of a post now, you know? Yeeeeeah, you know.
 
hmmm...well yeah...but i guess as long as your here posting then its never a wasted post..cause some people havent even been posting....=/...oh well....i didnt have too good of an eating day either yesterday...well...ate decent...but just more than normal...today i seem to be back on track and im counting my calories so thats good....i even got off my butt to do my work outs which i didnt really feel like doing today...but yeah...lets do this team....=)

After a weekend of not doing much I got back into the swing of things. Rode the stationary bike twice today, each time for 40 mins. As long as I can keep it going I should do alright for Friday's weigh-in.
 
Ok team, I feel the need to apologize for something so...allow me to apologize. I know that I signed up for this contest, but I'm sooooo not "feeling it" at the moment. I'm not dropping out, so don't think that's what I'm saying, because I have every intention of seeing this through. But, I just wanted to apologize for any lack of help that I might offer this team, via - weight loss. My motivation is literally non-existent at the moment and I don't know when (or IF) I'll snap out of it. So, I'm sorry if I don't contribute much to our weight loss total. I won't bore you with "why" I'm so unmotivated, but it took me a lot of effort to even get out of bed today. I'm no expert, but I don't think that lying around all day helps you LOSE weight, you know? In fact, I'm fairly certain that it does the complete opposite. Anyway, I'm sorry if I'm the weak link during this contest. I may snap out of my funk, I may not. Who knows? So, just in case I don't, I just wanted to apologize ahead of time. I also wanted to draw an internet penis, sooooo...

im still at 154 :( crappy crappy crappy-and here i thought i was eating well-i had some pasta a couple of nights ago and it tends to make be bloated so hopefully this is just water weight and next friday ill see a some movement on the scale-preferably in the right direction -sorry guys :( next week will be better though. I PROMISE
