Everythings fine Chillen, I fell off the bandwagon on most of my fitness program. I only stuck with skating on Tue nights (sometimes Sat or Sun also) and a healthier diet and I am down 3- 5 pounds. I have re-embarked on the fitness by moving it to mornings. I have stuck well this week and I plan one week at a time.

Just a little update
From.... March 28 to April 30
Weight........169.4 to 165 or 2.6% (if my math is correct)
Stomach......37.5 to 35
Waist............35.5 to 34.5
Chest..............42 to 40
BF%.............19.3 to 18.4 (measured using impedance scales, I am actually pretty sure it is more realistically in the 20% range)

I am beginning to see a bit of definition. If someone asked the biggest contributor I would have to say adding squats, my legs were pathetic and still have much room for improvement. Most of April has been dedicated to getting my strength back up. During April I plan to alternate heavy and light days.

I should also put in that Sheri (She47441) went our separate ways last Thu. We'll just have to see how that affects things.
