Not meeting any of my goals, very frustrating. But I am losing so that's good at least. Hopefully I can step it up with my workout challenge over the next 4 weeks and meet my goal for the end of the year.

So I'm still aiming for 2 lbs in the next week which means I may not meet my goal unless my body lets go of the weight a little faster than it has been. But it's been known to happen! Struggle for a while then - miraculous sudden drop!

Despite lots of work outs (Zumba, 30 Day Shred and running) the start of the month was slow. I was 170.8 yesterday but up a bit this morning (salty foods yesterday were to blame I think). But I'm doing good with my calories.

At least I'm getting comments about looking toned even if the weight isn't coming off as quick as I hoped!

I said in my last post that I sometimes struggle and then suddenly the weight slides off... always good to keep that in mind when I'm feeling discouraged and like no matter what I do nothing is changing.

This week I tried a combination of trying to quit all sweets (even if I was fitting them into my daily calorie goal) and I continued my workouts (30 Day Shred and Zumba). It was a challenge to cut out the sugar for the first few days it seems to have worked... I managed to beat my goal for the month somehow! (It helped that our Thanksgiving in Canada was last month too!)

Nov 9: 174 lbs

Nov. 25: 171.3 lbs
Nov. 30: 167.2 lbs

I'm ending this with a gain. Thanks to all of that yummy thanksgiving food!! But only .2 away from my goal weight this week. So, not too bad! :) goodluck everyone!!
