Weight-Loss The final countdown - November challenge

Well, we're moving quickly towards the end of the year, so I thought 'The final countdown' was appropriate. Also, I couldn't for the life of me think of any witty title for this thread. *sigh*

Anyway, the usual procedure - predict your weight, and try to hit your targets, just like in last month's Offtober challenge. :)

November 16th281.4 lbs
November 23rd280.6 lbs

Let's see if this month will be better than the last. I'm still putting my targets as where I should be at to hit my end of the year goal. With that said if I can hit the 120s this month I think I would be ecstatic! (12 lbs loss, sounds doable).

My end of the year goal is hitting 275, but I'm not sure I'll get there. Usually after a week of a bigger loss, I end up with a few weeks of losing next to nothing. But we'll see. :)

Glad to have you aboard, icychic! :)

Hopefully November will see me back on track. There are no more forseeable extended periods of travel :hurray: , so hopefully I can set a routine and get back into it.:coolgleamA:

Seeing as I dropped my own ball in October (losing weight, just not reporting on it), I'll give November a try.

I just joined so I'm unsure on how to make a fancy table (haha), but I want in on this November challenge! I am starting the gym and dieting today, so I guess I will update my progress weekly! I would like to be -20lbs this month. That would make me a very happy person.
Goal=~280lbs by November 30

Goal200: You can either click on the "Reply with Quote" under someone's post who has a table you like, then remove the [ Quote] and [ /Quote] parts to keep just the table.

OR: When replying in the main post window you will see a "Go Advanced" button, click on that.
Then where you see all the options the top row, first button (looks like A/A) - click on that (if you hover over it will say "Switch Editor to WYSIWYG Mode"
Then on the last row, the first button if you hover will say "Table" - click that. You can put however many columns or rows, change the width, have borders or not, and set your alignment.

You can then click on "Preview Post" at the bottom and it will show exactly what it will look like before you submit it.

Welcome to everybody who joined. Glad to have you here. And icychick, thanks for explaining how to get the table. :)

Thanksgiving is the day no American dieter gives thanks for, and it's on the 28th this year. That said I'm very thankful that this month will likely see me drop under 210 pounds for the first time since the Clinton administration...

Not at my goal, but considering the horrible eating yesterday, I'm OK with that #!

Hi all. I'm trying to stay on track. This looked like a good 'challenge'. Haven't been on here for months.
No table, but I'm aiming for a 5-8kg loss by end of year. (62-65kg)

SW: 69.9kg
GW: 57kg
