Right after waking up - 185.8
Post workout - 183.2

I would blame/credit two things:

1 - Sweating, reducing water weight
2 - Increased breathing - if you're working out, your breathing is faster and deeper and since we breathe out some water vapour... more water weight loss

And I'm officially in.

June 1: 192.5 (26.9%)

My goal for the month -- lose 4% bf. And here we go... good luck everyone!!
 
I reluctantly accept the challenge.

I woke up this morning at 225- groundhog day still- and the last time my BF was taken I was a shade under 16%- 15.96 to be exact.

I really would like to lose this month. My overall goal is the standard 10lbs but in all seriousness I would be ecstatic with 5.

My 34th birthday is 6/11 so I would like a birthday present of 2-4 lbs by then.

Hopefully i ca nget my ass back into some sort of losing mode.

June is here. :D
 
I will lose two pounds easy during a workout. What I try to do is weigh myself first thing in the morning before any coffee or breakfast. After that it's just for information.

Go with the higher number and just think it gives you a leg up on the BPJWLC.

Hello, all. I'm off to a flying start this month, backwards. I weighed out last month at 214 and this morning I'm 222. :hurray: A whopping 8 lb gain in three days. Who else can claim that? Sure I went on a bit of a bender this weekend, but I didn't think it was all that bad.

Well, I got some catching up to do.

Sodium/water weight is most of it. No chance you ate an extra 28000 cal in 3 days right?

2 lbs after yesterday for me- up to 227 this morning. Drank a few beers this weekend- it happens to me sometimes.

Unlike the boys I was very pleased with my weight this morning... after a 217 read the past 4 days, today it read 215! Wahoo!

I'm ready to keep this trend up!
 
Mind if a newbie joins in? I'm actually a prodigal Fitness.com loser - was posting here until all hell broke loose with my family back in September. After a job change and readjusting my schedule to help out with my family, I'm back and ready to kick my ass into shape.

Hey, ya'll! I'm home sick today. Not sure if that's a good thing since I really am sick. It sucks I have to be sick on such a warm, pretty day. That pool is calling my name. But, alas, I need rest. Or so Mike tells me. Blah.

Despite TOM, I am down 2 lbs since Friday. I was active and good all weekend, for the first time since I can even remember. I'm actually quite proud of me. Know something funny, I think posting my before/during pics was my motivator. Actually seeing the two pics side by side for the first time was eye-opening. I honestly never realized the difference before. All the positive comments I got from all of you and others helped out quite a bit, too. :D So, thanks!

Good. happy to hear it- you know it wasn't a real 8lb gain though..
But I do still really think that we should all only wiegh in on our designated day, in the morning. We are all, myself included, throwing wieghts around all days of the week.....

I confuse easily..:D
 
Yep, Mondays are my day. I weigh every morning, but Monday is the day that "counts"
