Wow, this weekend was a diet train wreck. My 'no' button was in the Off position all weekend. On Friday I was down another pound which is good for the challenge, but this morning I was up two. I'll have to work extra hard this week to keep these numbers going in the right direction.
I brought oatmeal with dried blueberries for breakfast, and salad fixin's for lunch. Time to get back on track. I hate it when I have these weekends.
