Good morning all,
I am sad to say that so far I have not yet lost anything on this challenge. At first I was loosing, but then gained it all back. Must have been water. I had a couple of bad days where I felt I ate more then I should , although calorie wise fitday said it was not too bad. Seems like I stayed under 1300. But those bad days my activity level was up as well, although having more food probably slowed down my weight loss considerably. I usually loose smth about every 2 - 2.5 weeks, and I'm approaching that mark, so I'm getting a bit antsy about the numbers. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for loosing smth this weekend. Really would love to see 130s showing up...
Oh, yeah, my calories came in around 1165 yesterday.
