Hey MJ, fish oil and omega-3 should do the trick! Because ideally that's what you are getting from the fish. Plus.. personally I hate the taste of anything remotely "fishy"
So you all sound like you are doing so well. Even with studying MJ! I am so proud of my team!!!
I have to confess, that when I've snuck on the scales early, they've gone up a bit. but I am HOPING that is just because its STILL that TOM for me and I'm having a bad cycle this month, so I hope its just water. Because I have been SO good. Or maybe the scale just tricked me by saying 156 last week! Grr... Wish me luck guys.
On a happy note, these dress slacks, from coming out of the dryer, feel really lose today!! That has to account for somethin!
