Good morning ladies! It's 8am here in Southern CA. Yawn. hehe
Yesterday I kicked butt around the house. I was too sore from lifting weights to go to the gym, so I cleaned the house, did laundry. The hard core laundry where you wash the pillows, sheets, bathmatts, and some of my old sweaters that were in storage, plus all my regular laundry. Geez. then I vacuumed and washed dishes among other things. Dusting, went through some clothes to give to charity. I didn't stop moving all day. I must have burned so many calories.
Good news! I am down 1 pound! I'm so happy. I didn't think that scale was going to move. Because it went up a few over the weekend, then back down. Water weight! I hate it, it really makes it hard to tell when you are losing.
I read somewhere that when you lose fat, your body will store more water to balance things out, then enventually it will drop that water. Makes it hard sometimes to know what is going on.
I still have a fridge full of fruit. I need to get crackin on that. I've been taking some green tea fat metabolizers and they have helped keep my appetite in check. whew.
Anyhow, I'm losing! So that's good. How's everyone else doing? Looks like you've been doing great with the exercise! I have to hit the gym today. It's going to be a long day.
