7.5 k walk/jog 60 mins - I was proud fo myself, lol...i did our regular 1k and then we went on a 5.5. k and then came back and did our regular 1 k which i did twice...It was a bit of a killer work out , lol and i used the elliptical before bootcamp and my first 1k and then we did the 6.5 k...

This is way i go to boot cmap, never would i have done that on my own, walking yes but not walking/joggin...

I'm glad!!!!!

Fine be that way. Just know that in my household I do 90% of the cooking, cleaning, laundry, and day to day taking care of the kids. 100% of the grocery shopping. 75% of the getting kids ready for school and homework.

My wife does a lot, but when it comes to household chores, I have a lot more time then she, so that's what I do.

Too bad you guys just write off guys as being leeches on your homes. Perhaps you just need a Trops of your own to change your perspective. :biggrinjester:

LOL, Trops--give them a break they're only speaking about their own S.O.s, not about men in general.

I think MY deal is I just like living "mostly alone", period.

HELLLLL YA!!!!!!!

...that is an AMAZING workout...no wonder you are dropping like crazy...!!! Woot Woot...keep it up woman..YOU ARE INSPIRING ME !!! :D!

LOL I love you teamies!! Always know how to put a smile on my face.

Being a virgo as Val would say I rather just take on the cleaning and such its just easier because then it gets done how I like it and within my time frame. Step has is own chores, which involve folding laundry, trash duty, mowing the lawn/watering, and caring for the creatures, he also keeps the office pretty tidy because he is in it all the time... we communicate about these things so that if something is a mess I can complain directly to him instead of inward ya know?

Hope you are all having a fabulous Thursday... I'm off to REI!!! Things will be getting expensive!!!

hahahahhah.........:smilielol5:!!!

....I feel ya Trops....I have a good one at home too!!!

....I get home he cooks for me :drool5:...most nights..and the other nights he takes me out! He cleans up after himself, doesn't ask me to do anything...YET I do ...cause I love him....and I clean too!!! He actually cleans the BATHROOM the best ever!!! :beating: all the little corners...and ME ...I'm THE KITCHEN LADY!!! ...LOL!!!...that's my arena....!!!...and living room...BOTH!!!

lol well if only we all just had a Trops eh? my H doesn't even know how to make mac n' cheese lol... sometimes i wish i didnt take him straight from his mommas care just to see how he would have gotten along on his own...
but then we probably never would have met bc he would be lost under a pile of garbage and either wasted away from just not eating or so horribly fat on takeout he couldnt leave his house lol

I wasn't man bashing! Just that we approach "cleaning house" differently. And YES, everybody needs a Trops around the house. My H is pretty good though. He doesn't clean much but I prefer it that way. He IS an excellent cook when I let him venture into the kitchen, he just makes a huge mess when he does it. :D

That sounds like a sweet deal :sifone:

I just decided she is too skinny in pics too... very beautiful... but I feel like I could break her in half by just touching her... but her tits are nice so who cares???? Right?

hi everyone

how are you

i am doing good....walking walking walking

keeping with in the points and actually getting used to the WW system. Hubby wanted pizza tonight..we got Jets thin crust..4 points a slice of the large (gawd i love the nutritional info on sites). I had 14 points left so I was able to have 3 good slices....i was reading the salad info on the site..wow...pizza is actually better.

when i got home he said "lets order pizza" and i said not till after i walk the treadmill so i got on and did about 45 minutes. He wants to go out for dinner tomorrow too. I am going to suggest applebees as they have their WW dinners...

I am feeling pretty good on this diet...stronger everyday

We will see how superbowl sunday goes....

hugs to all..

Hiya everybody! Just checking in. I got an hour and 25 mins in at the gym tonight. It was a good time.. they moved some of the weight machines around which bugged me.. I'm a creature of habit and don't enjoy when I have to change those habits!

Anyhow, yay! Got that in. Tomorrow I am doing pilates at noon, not sure if I'll tack on some extra cardio tomorrow night or not, I'll play it by ear. I get out of work at 9:30 or 10 and it ISSSS a Friday. I really should be enjoying being young.. I'm supposed to go to some party/dance thing but don't really know anyone else that is going so I doubt I will. Anyway, the pilates will be there! Whoohoo :)

Anyone know if there is an additional challenge this week that I just overlooked?

Im sorry guys but this is my worse day to report outta what 3.5 weeks...lol

We went to chuck e cheese tonight and I ate pizza and drank pop and I ate cotton candy, all outta character for me, so ya no points...

Do what you can and makes YOU feel good, Relly! Afterall, you're in this challenge for yourself. Yea, we're here to help each other, but don't forget that at the end of the day, this is for you. I hope you have a great time hanging out with your family :) sounds like a fun weekend.

There was no bonus for this week. I hadn't planned on having one every week because the challenge was about reaching goals not going to the extreme. But if yall have a bonus you want to do next week, pony up some suggestions and we'll choose something.
