Ok girl I will tell you I am down another 2.2 lbs I was 159.0 last week and I am now or was havent weighed this morning at 156.8 so slow but sure I will get there .

Hello Everyone , It Rained Here Today I Guess We Really Needed It But It Has A Habit Sometimes It Dont Know When To Stop Once It Starts . Exercise Has Not Been The Best This Week Going To Have To Do Better Next Week. Been Doing Great On My Water For A While Now And Completley Quit The Diet Dr Peppers , For About 2 Months Now .
