Good Morning everyone. How have you been good I hope . Well yesterday was ok didntget no exercise in sorry Tina lol Thought we was going to go camping this weekend but plans have changed again we have to replace the floor under are bath tub and this is the only time that our help can get to it. So I guess I will put it off one more time again ( pouting ) well I hope your day and weekend are the best it can be !

B- yogurt with a banana
L- shrimp salad /ff dressing
S- carrots , carrots and more of them baby carrots
D- WW lasgana /cottage cheese, with a few baked doritoes on the side
s-Sugar free butterpecan Ice cream
water was pretty good could be better though.
 
Hey sweetie!! Just stopping in to see how your weigh in went! I must be over looking it! Anyway sorry you didn't get to go camping! I know you really wanted to go! Maybe next weekend!!

This has been a pretty weekend the best weather wise , eating was all right Friday night went out and ate crawfish amd man was they good everyone should at least try these mud bugs at least one time. Saturday was salad from McD brought home used my own ff dressing. Saturday night wasnt the best I had a hamburger steak with a plain baked potatoe. today I had a grilled chicken salad with ff dressing havent had dinner yet. and have no ideal what I want .I am making some home made chilli so I might have some of that not sure yet. But I will let you know .Tomorrow is when I will start back with my exercise and try to kick some of this fat off . I;m ready Tina lol
 
I'm glad to hear hun, now we are buddies, so lets do this together!! Lets kick some butt..I'm ready! Are you? :D
 
Hey sweetie! Just wanting to stop in and say hello! I seen ya on tonight but I guess I was in one of my moods where I didn't feel like talking! Hopefully I'll catch you tomorrow though!!
 
Well i was having a good day till his evening. I did very good food wise and i did great exercise wise but......................... My washing machine decided to spring a big leak and aparently has had a small one for awhile to so Along with having to get a new washing machine I have to replace my floor under my washer and dyer :mad: But I got a good workout moving the washer out and moving the dyer so I can dry all up under it .And I found out where all the socks go :D Ok enough with the whinning let me tell you about my good part of my day I bought the Biggest Loser dvd and I did it this morning boy I found out I am not in good shape ,but I really liked it it has the people from the show And you can see they struggle with it as much as you do not like them ones that have all them skinny people that have been doing it a long time . It really makes you want to keep going even when you think you cant


B-WW yogurt /banana 100cal for yogurt or 1 point and 1 point for the banana
s-chocolate chip cookies pack 100cal or 2 points
L- Smart ones Creamy Parmesan chicken 210 calories or 4 points
s- Apple parfait 120 cal or 3 points
D- Smart ones Sirloin beef & asian style vegetables 160 cal or 3 points
s- Blue bell great divide sugar free ice cream 1 cup 200 cal or 4 points

So that only made 890 calories and only 18 points
30 min workout plus all the lifting and cleaning on the washer
Darn that aint a whole lot for all that food
 
Oh I Am Sorry About Your Washer But Congrads On The Workout (both) Lol

Hey hun! Just want you to know I wasn't ignoring you last night on YM but I wasn't on cause dh was home! You did awesome yesterday I'm so proud of you! I can't believe you did your DVD.. unlike me.. who has had the dvd for a few months but still haven't found it yet!! If you talk to me on YM later remind me to get up off my tail and go look for it!! lol..
 
Well didnt get to do my bl dvd today but i stayed real busy around the house today . food wise was ok I guess .

S- bluebell ice cream 200 - 4 points
total- 870 cal and 21 pts

So thats what my day consisted of hope your day was good too
 
Wow! Those calories are so low! It seems the lower you go on the points you can have, the less calories you can get in. :rolleyes: Anyway, have a great day! :D
 
Didnt post last ,But I guess it doesnt really matter :) . I did my BL yesterday #3 on the dvd that is weights and some abs I am sore today in my abs and Shh dont tell Tina but in my arms to just a little bit .And yes Tina I heard you ! Well here is my food for yesreday

L- Smart ones roasted chicken / mashed potatoes 180cal / 4pts
s- apple parfait- 120 cal/2 pts
D- crawfish dont know how many calories /or points but I dont think it put me over

Had about 50 oz of water and I did have a half glass of dr pepper with the Crawfish only because I will not drink the water there lol:p
