Well i was having a good day till his evening. I did very good food wise and i did great exercise wise but......................... My washing machine decided to spring a big leak and aparently has had a small one for awhile to so Along with having to get a new washing machine I have to replace my floor under my washer and dyer
But I got a good workout moving the washer out and moving the dyer so I can dry all up under it .And I found out where all the socks go
Ok enough with the whinning let me tell you about my good part of my day I bought the Biggest Loser dvd and I did it this morning boy I found out I am not in good shape ,but I really liked it it has the people from the show And you can see they struggle with it as much as you do not like them ones that have all them skinny people that have been doing it a long time . It really makes you want to keep going even when you think you cant

s-chocolate chip cookies pack 100cal or 2 points
L- Smart ones Creamy Parmesan chicken 210 calories or 4 points
s- Apple parfait 120 cal or 3 points
D- Smart ones Sirloin beef & asian style vegetables 160 cal or 3 points
s- Blue bell great divide sugar free ice cream 1 cup 200 cal or 4 points
So that only made 890 calories and only 18 points
30 min workout plus all the lifting and cleaning on the washer
Darn that aint a whole lot for all that food
