It is factored in. Cold weather and boredom is no advantage at all. If it was 80 degrees here, this would be over New Years week.

So weight loss isn't a 24 hour a day event in Kiwiland ?? All of us have the same clock spinning here. What y'all do with your day is on you. I'm spending mine trying to win, not make excuses.

I suggest you do the same.
