Here's how it works: Every Friday you will weigh-in. Please edit your original post with your weight instead of posting a new chart each week. This will make it easier for me to find. This will not only be the weigh-in thread, but this will be the thread that you can discuss things, and cheer each other on! Every Saturday after weigh-ins I will post who got eliminated. Eliminations work like this: Every week the 3 teams will weigh-in. The team with the highest weight loss percentage will keep all of their members. The other 2 teams will each lose 1 member. There will be a few non-elimination weeks throughout the challenge, but I will not announce them until the day eliminations will have been posted. Good Luck to everyone.

Only four more days until the weigh in. How is everybody doing? I'm going to be heading to the gym tonight to try and get an hour work out in. I did not eat the best things at work this weekend, so I have to work a little harder in the gym today and Wednesday. Wednesday I'm going to do my own verison of "last chance workout." :D
 
lol, funny! Well good luck w/ that workout! The black teams' gonna rock!

I'm a bit nervous myself about the 1st weigh in b/c I didn't get signed up for the challenge till sunday, so i've got 2 less days under my belt then you guys...but I've made drastic changes, so I should be good.

Hows everyone else doing?
 
I had a bad eating day today but overall im doing pretty good:) Getting in lots of exercise and eating alright...

Im workign 2pm - midnight Weds through Fri so I will exercise in the evenigns at work as well
 
I'm off to the gym tonight. I don't lose weight fast guys so I'm a little worried about the individual stage of the game, but I know as a team we can take this. :D
 
It's Tuesday and I'm already back to 282! I worked out for an hour yesterday and I'm back to monitoring everything that goes into my mouth after slightly falling off the wagon. I'm hoping to maybe drop to 281 or 280 by the end of this week if I keep it this up.
 
Hi Girls,

Good job on getting all your exercise in. I'm doing pretty good. Getting plenty of exercise and sticking to my program. Hoping to show a loss this week.

A couple a people haven't checked in yet. Wonder if they've changed their minds and what will happen if they never show??? Hmmmmmm, inquiring minds want to know, lol.

A bad day here or there is normal, we can't ALWAYS have great days! I'm glad your so good at excersize, that'll save ya! Me, not so good w/ the excersize, I try, but its hard to get in that habit! The other day I did my 45 min walking dvd (worked up a good sweat) Yesterday I shoveled snow for 4...yes, 4 hrs all together! SO, today, I want to give my back a break!!!

Tom is here for me, just in time huh? So, that sucks....sounds like we all are a little nervous about the 1st week weigh in....all we can do is our best so theres nothing to worry about ....Come on Team!! Just do your BEST and we'll ROCK!!!
