I won't be offended if ya'll don't like the team names chosen - I got a brain freeze:

Please make sure you check into this thread with an I'm here and I'm playing. If you don't check in with your team by Monday, April 2, then you will be dropped.

This challenge will run for 6 weeks. And there will be weekly challenges with bonus points awarded so its not all about weight loss and you can help your team - there will also be bonus points awarded for the team who has the most members finish the challenge.

(these are monday dates, if you are using Fridays as your weigh in day, then use March 30th as the weight date and adjust from there.

It's not mandatory that you contact all your teammates - it's just kinda a fun way to tell them you are around in their diaries -what you give out comes back to you tenfold :)


The Week 1 Challenge
(Remember the challenge officially starts Sunday but feel free to start early if you want to)

April begins National Humor Month, National Anxiety Month and April 1st is also April Fools Day... So you're mission this week, since pranking people, in a good humored way is fun, and having fun reduces anxiety you have to prank someone in a perfectly legal, and non-hurtful sort of way (Kind of how like my dear colleague duct taped my phone when I was off at a meeting)
Report back the prank and laugh.

April is also national garden month so challenge 2 is to spend 30 minutes at least 5 days this week -outside enjoying nature, doesnt matter if you live in a city or the country, just get out and go for a walk.. Report in that you did this -and bonus points get awarded.

Here I am! My apologizes in advance.... I don't usually have access to the internet on the weekends, but I will be checking in daily throughout the week. First 2 challenges seem pretty straight forward. Just have think of a prank for April fools.....hmm. As for getting outside, with spring now in full effect, I try to walk every lunch hour for 30-45mins.

Oh I am horrible at pranks lol. I will probably have to spend the rest of today and tomorrow just trying to think up one lame prank lol. But i'll try my best lol. The enjoying nature for 30 minutes I can do easily. I actually have a pretty campus- lots of squirrels and birds and such, so I could easily walk around campus, maybe take my new camera along and try to get some pretty shots. Maybe I'll even get to add some pics to the picture thread! lol.
