mornin...

just making my plan for the morning and so far the plan is to do my usual...3 miles and 1200 cals...will post later here for the day.

nothing much to report, stayed on track for the weekend, more or less:D And as usual, itll be easier to maintain for the week, for routine's sake. wow, this is a boring post..:eek:
 
I would much rather weigh 120, but love how I feel at or below 140. Honestly never weighed that little since teenage years, but with a potential of diabetes because it runs in my family, I say why not?
I plan on seeing my youngest graduate, so have lots of motivation there.

slow start today...BUT woke up to another pound lost...138 now:D:D

also, went shopping for a bathing suit yesterday. I bought a two piece...now, the top covers my belly, but it IS still a 2 piece :D the bottoms are kind of shorts-cut? hell i dunno how to desribe them. I was pleasantly pleased with how it fit me, its a size 10, and Its stretchy so as I lose weight, I think I will be able to fit my form still..hey, if not, Ill just buy another one!!

Look at you at 138! You're such an inspiration to those of us who need to hop back on the wagon. Except I think maybe I need to run behind the wagon while the rest of you wave at me, because I could use the exercise. :D

hey, i even bought that cheap bike i had my eye on, and am adding some biking to my exercise...also, swam a lot in the pool and my shoulders hurt now:(

Good job Kate! Are you gonna hold at 135 and see how you feel then, or are you headed straight for 120? A size 10 is something I can't even remember fitting in to, you're doing really well. Keep it up!

wow, 130's, i'm pretty sure i was in h.s. when I weighed that much, maybe just out of school, but still, its been a long time...congrat's girl, i'm proud of you!
