just making my plan for the morning and so far the plan is to do my usual...3 miles and 1200 cals...will post later here for the day.
nothing much to report, stayed on track for the weekend, more or less And as usual, itll be easier to maintain for the week, for routine's sake. wow, this is a boring post..
