Hi yall

had a really good weekend for food and exercise! THATS sayin a LOT!:D

Unfortunately didnt do as great for today, though. Oh well, one day of not walking isnt going to kill me. Just got way to busy with so many other things.

But for sat. 3 miles, sun 2 miles. today none

food was right on target.about 1300 there abouts
 
GREAT job on the weekend and food!! :D Not walkin' ONE day won't hurt ya :D Just don't let one become 3 ;) LOL

good evening! Late reports in are better than none!

I have a few more exciting moments to talk about....weight wise.

I went to a second hand shop today, and kinda 'eyed' a few clothes. Im happy to report that Ive gone from a 16 to a TEN! I found a pair of white pants that fit beautifully! On the jeans, I HATE jeans when Im fat, and really wanted a couple pairs..I dont have as much luck as a pair of jeans fitting, even when Im losing, but went ahead and grabbed a size 12 and a size 30 waist on the other, and brought them home and walaa!! both were a fit. A tight fit around the middle, but a button em up and zip em all the way fit!!! I dont know why jeans fit me different than slacks, but WHOOOO CARES!!! I actually went to the store today and wore the size 10s and felt GREAT! NO MORE BIG T"S and sweats! Im on cloud nine I tell ya!

On the other stuff in my life, I am still saving more money up, and am seriously trying to fix my credit better. I read about it for three straight days and feel like I earned a MASTERS in freakin credit now! I feel like if I can fix that up for a better score, it puts me in a better position soon.

Anyways, food for today

I also walked my three miles this morning.
Also bought a better scale.that other one was starting to get screwy on me again. got the kind that shows a half pound loss....looks like I may be 140.5 but will check for sure in the morning...good news too, is im on my TOM and i may get under the 140 mark SOON!!!!!:D:D
 
WOW! Way to go Kate!!! Oh, size 10's.. I DREAM of that size daily :rolleyes: *sigh* well, it'll be my turn soon enough I suppose :D Great job on the exercise too! :D TOM seems to be goin' around this place ( can you believe it decided to "drop in" on me AT WORK???? I mean really!). You WILL see lower numbers :D

Its good that you are fixing your credit. That will help a LOT :D Now, ya wanna fix mine?? LOL That too shall happen :D

Yay! You are going great, Kate! I'm so glad for you! While you are going around fixing everyone's credit, drop by my place! Lol! :D As for tom, it can't seem to decide if it wants to come here or not. :rolleyes:
