I will do pictures soon, I just really was doing bad diet wise at first start of the new job, and had female issues
But feeling good now to get them up!
I was going to the trainer 4xsaweekbut it was costly so now I have a new game plan -
Train with trainer 2xs a week mon & fri - except this week was thurs and today since he was away, but then I can do 2 full body classes at the gym on tues and thurs, plus they have a new class on Sundays thats cardio machines in the gym are -looking forward to that.
I'm excited cause I still have my 2 days with the trainer and I can also venture on my own a bit, which in time is going to be the case.
Thursday we did upper body and omg its all sore- back, arms, chest! We spoke about my shins and it def sounds like shin splints. But my husband noted that I friggen don't jog on my heels- I land on the balls of my feet and thats it! DUH! So Im excited to see if thats the issue.
All in all doing well diet wise, job is also great -few rough spots but I'm happy now. Still can't stop having dreams though, guess thats from learning and focusing so much.
