I'm doing really good at the new job,but you cant go on the internet atall -all my friends are having instant messaging with drawels from me. Im eating not so good this week, but still working out like a champ. My belly got all messed up with the new job and nerves.

Tony found my before pics so after a week of doing well next week I PROMISE I will post pics! PROMISE!!!!

I ran my a$$ off today,Im so proud of myself! no time but Im going to give James what he deserves; a tigers ava - :bncry: dam yankees!

Tom my diet hasn't been good at night - women issues ;);) sucks!
 
Sorry guys I dont get to post much -really sucky part of the job. Anyways -doing good,eating well, have the weekoff since mytrainer is away -supposed to be focusing on cardio, but having shin issues. I posted about them in the injury thread. Im so mad - I was really seeing my progress,going way further then I thought I could. I felt so cool jogging around the town -I was finally "one of those people" - lol I admire ppl who run the streets,Im silly. Anyway hopefully I figure it out and fix it.
 
looks like you're doing great shellsy! but, we're still (patiently) waiting for the progress pics. LOL! hope the new job is working out ok.

so how long and how often do you workout with or without the trainer? how many days a week for how long and what does your diet look like? i see you lost a good amount of weight already. congrats!
 
I will do pictures soon, I just really was doing bad diet wise at first start of the new job, and had female issues ;) But feeling good now to get them up!

I was going to the trainer 4xsaweekbut it was costly so now I have a new game plan -

Train with trainer 2xs a week mon & fri - except this week was thurs and today since he was away, but then I can do 2 full body classes at the gym on tues and thurs, plus they have a new class on Sundays thats cardio machines in the gym are -looking forward to that.

I'm excited cause I still have my 2 days with the trainer and I can also venture on my own a bit, which in time is going to be the case.

Thursday we did upper body and omg its all sore- back, arms, chest! We spoke about my shins and it def sounds like shin splints. But my husband noted that I friggen don't jog on my heels- I land on the balls of my feet and thats it! DUH! So Im excited to see if thats the issue.

All in all doing well diet wise, job is also great -few rough spots but I'm happy now. Still can't stop having dreams though, guess thats from learning and focusing so much.

Im here! lol Going strong - monday training was fun and kicked my butt. We did a lot of boxing stuff -my back is all over sore! Learned some self defense moves along with it!

I know you all want pics - I KNOW! Its not my fault -I need someone to take them! I will try my the weekend, believe me I want too!


also my shins are doing good, tonight I want to go for a nice run.

I'm having major cravings the last few days - that rarely happen to me during the week, kinda frustraing. But not given in!

Holy cow time flew! It so stinks I can't post while at work - and my home computer blows!! So Pics will be next week -why?? Cause we are going on vacation and I have my new red bikini Im so proud to model! So I promise coming soon!

Im excited to say Im cutting my hours at work - its been to hectic my sceduale, and we figured I can cut down. So more time to workout!! I really do love it now - over the weekend we went hiking, nothing to major - but it was so fun I could have gone for miles!

Been good drinking as well fyi! I've come a long way - sorry I havent been able to brag about it lol. I still have plenty to go imo but doing well.

I did however hurt a muscle in my back near my shoulder blade-hurts to breathe deep. Going to doctors tommorrow finally. Been nursing it, but still painful.
